Scott was the epitome of customer service when I visited at this location. He was patient, accommodating, and incredibly helpful. He very kindly explained to me the benefits of the Starbucks app and how to use rewards. He also showed me how to add my gift card to the app. He was kind throughout and went above and beyond what was required of him. He waited and reassured me when it was taking me a while to find my card to pay. He also rounded off our bill and covered it. Starbucks...
