Seating area is a food court setting, coupled with loud casino environment. NO FREE REFILLS on coffee. I know free refills is offered only at ‘participating locations’, but this is the first location I have visited (out of hundreds) that doesn’t actually offer free refills. Baristas were friendly and the coffee was good
Nice place inside Jack casino, great lokation in downtown, but barista was very rude and messed up all mood and willingness to take coffee.

Barista Megan is always helpful, kind and very courteous! She took the time to learn my drink exactly the way I like it! Getting my coffee from Megan it is truly a bright spot in my day!
