Honestly, a great place to go.

Order often and always get a cappuccino. This morning there was a good 3 inches at the top. For almost $7 I expect a full cup. Very disappointing.

Do you think these are two identical coffees? I ordered two cappuccino coffees. The taste was bitter. I didn't like it!

EXTREMELY slow service even with only 4-5 customers in the store and messed up both of my orders. Nearly late to work because of this crap and wasted money.

I come here every day. Yesterday, the employee was very respectful, and the coffee tasted great. But today, I had a very bad experience. One of the employees was so rude and looked at me like I was getting free coffee. Even the coffee didn’t taste as good as it did yesterday.”

The baristas aren’t friendly . They don’t even smile greeting you.

Took 10 minutes to be even be spoken to. When we were it was like we were a problem to be in the store. Then 20 more mins to get drinks. 2 drinks 2 cake pops. Awful Customer service- no gloves or hats on the people making and handling food. Treated like we were an inconvenience. I ran 3 Starbucks in NY and I know how 3 shots of espresso makes you feel. So I'm positive the gems working were giving out decafe espresso in drinks. Absolutely pathetic. Starbucks should be ashamed of how they let there brand go to hell.

A whole lot of drug addicts do their drugs in their bathrooms.... so nobody is allowed to go in there

Entering this location I could clearly tell they are understaffed which is unfortunate because they are in one of the busiest areas. But I'm quickly coming to realize not only is Starbucks pricing inconsistent the flavor provided ordering the exact same thing as inconsistent as well.Due to a hectic work week I have ordered the exact same caramel ribbon crunch frappuccino from three different locations and each time my drink has been different. I also request extra Carmel drizzle and what world is this that.
