I’d like to share some feedback about my recent visit. My coffee was prepared very slowly, and I noticed that someone who ordered after me received their drink before I did. It felt like the order of customers wasn’t being followed properly. I hope the team can be more attentive to who ordered first. Thank you!

There seemed to only be one person working so we had to wait a very long time to place and receive our order. Otherwise, we were happy with the drinks we got.

Understaffed. Both Saturday and Sunday I stopped here from out of town and waited 15+ minutes for my mobile order that I placed before arriving.

Near the university and all the hospitals, also near the cemetery where I went to visit my family's graves. This coffee store was a good place to rest after the cemetery visit. Parking was a little difficult.
The woman making drinks now is so miserable and not good at making them. My pumpkin frappachino is runny and does not taste like anything.
Last time I was here I had the same experience and her also telling me bathrooms are not accessible to customers.

I'm not one to write reviews, but the constant rotating door of employees at this location lends to a mixed bag of bad and mediocre experiences. I've lost count of how many times I've waited way longer than I should have for a drink, or witnessed other customers experiencing the same when it comes to any given order, be it drinks or food... then to find the order sitting on the mobile pick up area where an employee must have whispered OR didn't say my name to notify me it was done, to only have me aware of it's completion because I've been standing there for 10 minutes, frustrated.
This has happened multiple times.
I would give this place a pass if 1.) It happened less often and/or 2.) it was busy at those times -- unfortunately that's nearly never the case. It's always some employee, taking the order then walking off and gossiping about something stupid and irrelevant to the tasks at hand.
I'm a firm believer that the customer ISN'T always right and that a business has something I desire and in exchange I have money for such thing, therefore it's an equal exchange but hot dang, have some situational awareness and communicate better as a team.
NAT is a saint, though. Always a peach and busting their rear to accommodate customers' frustrations. And the one manager with the long long hair is always great, too. Sorry I forgot your name. Regardless, it will be a long time before I come back. Today was the last straw. Bye

I love the cream cheese danishes but for all of the locations I think they stopped all of the customers from using the bathrooms because people go in there to do their needle drugs ????

No bathroom for customers. No seating at all. As in - there are zero seats at this Starbucks. Do not go here unless you are getting a drink to go.
I love going here and it's honestly a hit-or-miss. With the customer service, they're either really, really nice and sweet or there's always a lady who is pretty nasty. Actually had to get out of the drive through line and go to the other Starbucks across town. Not the best experience, but I would go back hoping they would. Not act like that again
