The woman making drinks now is so miserable and not good at making them. My pumpkin frappachino is runny and does not taste like anything.
Last time I was here I had the same experience and her also telling me bathrooms are not accessible to customers.
I'm not one to write reviews, but the constant rotating door of employees at this location lends to a mixed bag of bad and mediocre experiences. I've lost count of how many times I've waited way longer than I should have for a drink, or witnessed other customers experiencing the same when it comes to any given order, be it drinks or food... then to find the order sitting on the mobile pick up area where an employee must have whispered OR didn't say my name to notify me it was done, to only have me aware of it's completion because I've been standing there for 10 minutes, frustrated.
This has happened multiple times.
I would give this place a pass if 1.) It happened less often and/or 2.) it was busy at those times -- unfortunately that's nearly never the case. It's always some employee, taking the order then walking off and gossiping about something stupid and irrelevant to the tasks at hand.
I'm a firm believer that the customer ISN'T always right and that a business has something I desire and in exchange I have money for such thing, therefore it's an equal exchange but hot dang, have some situational awareness and communicate better as a team.
NAT is a saint, though. Always a peach and busting their rear to accommodate customers' frustrations. And the one manager with the long long hair is always great, too. Sorry I forgot your name. Regardless, it will be a long time before I come back. Today was the last straw. Bye

I love the cream cheese danishes but for all of the locations I think they stopped all of the customers from using the bathrooms because people go in there to do their needle drugs ????

No bathroom for customers. No seating at all. As in - there are zero seats at this Starbucks. Do not go here unless you are getting a drink to go.
I love going here and it's honestly a hit-or-miss. With the customer service, they're either really, really nice and sweet or there's always a lady who is pretty nasty. Actually had to get out of the drive through line and go to the other Starbucks across town. Not the best experience, but I would go back hoping they would. Not act like that again
They mixed up my drink with a coffee and i asked them twice "if this is really mine?" and even showed them the order number and still they said yes. When i got back with their coffee to return it the one guy who works their asked me with so much attitude "Where is the bag?" i mean hello..?? first you make the mistake and then you ask me where is your BAG? are you serious? Also, it was my first time visiting this place and i had such a bad experience.

My spouse visits this Starbucks weekly and sure, I benefit from time to time. But after the weekend I had, dropping a 30oz Dragonfruit and Mango Refresher on a 90 degree day was a big sad face. And so, I thought Id give it a shot and ask a barista for a remake despite my fault and shame. Nat didn't hesitate to start the remake despite the long line. Nevertheless, I conceded to a more simple drink instead but Nat insisted that the choice was mine if I decided to wait. Listen, Id have understood if I was declined and would have made a humble exit. Indeed, to some, this would
be labeled a 'kind gesture' but for me, it will be an exemplar customer service experience I'll never forget. Yup, big smiley face with a tear. No exaggeration.

This is my local Starbucks, I frequent 2-3 times per week since December 2022. The team there is great, always friendly and professional.
In particular, Desiree is great and I appreciate supervisors / leaders like her. I relocated to Tampa, FL for 5 months and she still remembered my name - And my Drink!
Desiree's team and the good folks behind the counter enhance the PlayHouse Square Theater district! Enjoy a Starbucks with your entertainment when you head out there, and ask for Des!
Thanks guys! Keep it up!

I have never been to another Starbucks where I saw the employees work as hard as they do at this location!! True rock stars! Das is so friendly and efficient. A true asset to the company! I've watched her connect with the customers on a deeper level in the short amount of time she is with them. Marvelous marketing skills to keep us loyal and coming back to this location.
I think I should mention, that although they're great. I do see a need for more hired help. Burnout is real. The cost of adding another employee is far cheaper than the cost of losing the morale, and customer service established at this location. We deeply miss Curtis every morning!

I guess putting swag as your account name triggers these baristas, because every time I order on that account, my drinks look and taste nothing like how it’s ordered. I usually get the BSOSE which is made with blonde and even says it on the sticker…so how come swag gets decaf with little to no oat milk, but Alice gets a perfectly handcrafted blonde drink?? Why is swag’s blonde oat milk macchiato made as a decaf, 2% latte, but Alice gets a perfect drink?? When I had the macchiato remade, the barista looked at the other barista and said “yea she wants it remade” and her tone was as if she KNEW my drink wasn’t made right and she was hoping I wouldn’t notice right away. The math ain’t mathing. You can mess up my drink, but you can’t mess up my swag!I was a barista once, and have had worse and actually offensive names on stickers, not once did I go out of my way to mess up their drink. It’s a shame, really.
