I was in here waiting for my SMALL drink and it took them 40 minutes now I’m extra late going back to work and for me to be waiting for that long my drink wasn’t made correctly!

Some other customer walked off with my drink. She leaves the scene and comes back 5-10 minutes later realizing it was the wrong drink. The employee puts it right back on the counter instead of making a new one. Also keep in mind this is at a hospital. Unbelievable

Any time I've been to this location, they're slammed. Despite this, the crowd of people waiting, and the pile of mobile orders ready for pickup, I've never waited more than a minute or so to order and few minutes for my drink to be ready. Runs like a well-oiled machine and drink quality is top-notch. Mika made my Caramel Macchiato the past two mornings, and it was fantastic!

We had a day at the art museum and were in this area afterwards. We stopped here to drink some coffee and rest our tired feet. There is a small place inside where one can sit.

It was my first time being in this hospital to visit a loved one. Coffee shops should stay clean to make sure no bacteria is spread. Staff was rude and didn't care it was unclean?
