Everyone that works on the 3rd shift is amazing and wonderful, especially Tee and Malik . They remember me and always have my order perfect, and they give great customer service , I love stopping here before work. They deserve a raise.
I don’t understand why it takes forever for a drink. I know it is really busy but I work evening shifts when I’m going back home I order 20 minutes in advance and still I have to wait for extra time. Even though there are not busy. I’ve noticed that they talk too much and when they talk they stop working. One time there was a guy who was getting my order, he literally took almost 10 mins just to do one drink + he had to repeat it because he missed it the first time
The staff in Starbucks H building in Cleveland Clinic main campus are awesome. These guys know my drink by heart and always makes it soooo good. Thier always patient with me and very nice . The energy is always positive and they are always smiling!! They make my day!!
