Went through the drive-thru just to order fries. Car before us didn't pay and left with their food. Casheer charged us for their 20ish dollar meal. Been here plenty of times, Drive-thru is usually rude. Not this time, probably because of the screw up. Tried to get us to get our refund tomorrow because she didn't know how, had to call her boss, kept us after for like 45 minutes while she figured it out. Boss shouldn't be leaving people without a manager on staff. Kind of a douchey thing to do. Hire a new manager or promote somebody.

did online order on steak and shake direct site. ordered a kids tender meal with a vanilla shake. get there fries cold bigger lady says there are no shakes today machine is down. i ask to speak with a manager then she says the shake on the way. i asked for fresh fries the guy on the grill made me some i asked why the shake machine wasnt working now it works he said he didnt know. had to wait extra 7 mins while big lady and manager who made shake was talking then my shake came out i asked her same thing i asked the guy she stated the machine was broken last night and she had to fix it alone. clearly she lying but thats what reviews are for.
