Good customer service under the new management. They always have fresh bread, food and delicious cookies. Servicing area and dining area are so clean. I love this place under the new management.

I know - a Subway is a Subway and in small/medium towns in Iowa & nearby, I'll agree but I've had varied experiences when in 'big' cities. However this small Subway, one block from the Renaissance Center, is very nice. several flavors out-of-order @ the Coke machine but prompt, friendly service from the staff. Clean inc. restroom. When on expense account I do not wish to waste taxpayers' $$$ so this is a good place to get a nutritious meal @ a fair price (enjoyed the new BBQ pork rib AND "s'-more's" cookies!)

The new owners are making many improvements to the subway. So much better, the coke machine is all fixed, the staff is friendly, the sandwiches are made perfectly and they give a good amount of meat and cheese
