As usual the clerks were speaking to each other instead of listening to the customer. Their foreign dialogue going a mile a minute. So of course the one at the veggie counter was not paying attention to the client. Service sucks. Food beneath

This place is absolutely disgusting. The lady would not refund me my money because she hadn’t cooked the cookies all the way they were completely dough and she told me and ordered to get my money back that I would have to give her back my entire sandwich. This place needs to be shut down immediately. It’s disgusting roaches were crawling up the walls and she didn’t wipe off any knives upon cooking or cutting the food. I will be calling the health department today.

I ordered my sandwich and the black rack they use to heat food in the oven fell on the floor. WHY? Did the worker pick it up off the floor and placed my food on it ??, and proceeded to put it on the oven. I then asked her did that fall in the floor? Everyone looked lost and they washed the rack. Never again??

Absolutely disgusting. I found a bug in my sandwich half way through and its made me actually sick to my stomach. How dirty do you have to be for there to be a bug in my food when i watched you make it in store. Absolutely horrific. After returning the food everything i bought from this place i asked for my money back and they had the audacity to blame me and told i put the bug there. Another person came and confirmed that there was in fact a bug in my food. Terrible customer service in addition to a disgusting establishment. I'll literally never come back here ever in life. Nobody ever eat here.

Usually no issues. Newer workers need more guidance. If I see the usual two ladies aren't working and there's new faces instead, I tend to find food some where else.

The older lady was a grump and the 2 young boys were very polite with smiles on their face. Bread was dry and crust was very crumbly. If it wasn't for the 2 boys i would've walked out due to the crumpy ole lady and terrible bread. Music not appropriate for young kids.

The man behind the counter was so rude. I know I was in the wrong for coming so close to closing but you didn't have to treat me that way. I came in for a 12 inch tuna pro. The guy threw the sandwich together not listening to anything I wanted. I asked for lite oil and mayo but heavy on the vinegar he did the opposite and had an attitude when I asked for more vinegar. On top of it all I'm a white female and all he wanted to do is call me sir even when I told him that I was a woman. Due to my line of work I'm not the prettiest woman but I'm still a woman.

If I could give zero stars I would. The old hag that calls herself the owner is VERY rude and racist. Place is dirty they don’t change gloves or knives as they should. Got an attitude when i asked if she could change knifes because she touched an ad display with it trying to point out something to another customer . The hag could have more potential customers as there is an ADULT school and other businesses nearby but many people refuse to even eat there due to her attitude . As money hungry as she is , you’d think she’d treat her paying customers with more respect so they’d come back . Never again .

I got the great garlic that’s all I had to eat and when I got home from work I was feeling sick. Didn’t eat anything before I wasn’t able too. Turns out I got food poisoning!!!! NEVER EVER EATING AT THIS SUBWAY AGAIN.

Today the owner stopped me to ask why I filed complaints with her store. Not to mention it is completely inappropriate to call out a customer in front of other customers, it was just plain ignorant. I attempted to explain because there were times they wouldn't even start on my orders until I actually show up at the store. The owner made up some excuses. And if you really wanna ask me, here, this is why filed complained last time I went in there on May 11 - there was a hair in my food.I tried to tell the owner this is inappropriate and I won't order from here anymore if this is an issue, but she was only rude and defensive.Your employees don't wear mask, tie their hair, or wear a hair net. The fact that she waited for me to come back for two months and felt the need to shout out why she didn't deserve my complaints is mind blowing. I will forward this to subway customer center as well since you seem to be following up with it a lot. Good luck with your business.
