I love Subway. It reminds me of Blimpies from college days. Just a nice veggie sandwich. I'm so easy to please. I stopped going here because an old lady was skimpy with the veggies. She counted the spinach leaves on a foot long. Seven spinach leaves. Then the bread was not fresh. I let stuff go when subs were five dollars, but during Biden everything went up and people just got used to mediocre food and higher prices. Mediocrity got normalized.

Asked for extra mayonnaise and the worker was acting like it was coming out of their paycheck. huffing and puffing when I had to ask more than twice. Hate when workers do that, even asked for mayo packets because it seemed me wanting extra mayonnaise was issue. They said theirs no mayo packets but I don’t believe that as I was given them before

Going to subway at this location today I would have never thought I was have been treated the way I was today by the owner son and his friend I was overall outlandish and disgusting it's clear that these two men don't take the positions at this establishment seriously, walking into the subway located on Clark Avenue me and my friends were met predator like gazes from these two men they was licking their lips makings small comments in their native tongue laughing and etc with us being the only ones inside the store besides the older lady who works there and my friend some who thought they was possible talking about him but he's ten years old so I would hope their not that immature. But as it came time for us to pay we all had coupons that I received in mail which is why we went due to us not having it in a long time! So the owner son allowed them to use their coupons 1 had a 17.99 coupon for 3 footling subs she paid 9 dollars for 3 footling subs and 7 cookies, another friend had a coupon for a footlong with drink and chips 12 she got it for 8 gallons and my other friend only got a footlong.. but when I get to the register they being to act as if they didn't know what to do walked away from the peaking around the corner giggling like girls and speaking I'm they native tongue leaving the older lady baffled and confused on what happen first said they don't take them then went to say it's for online when we all used coupons from the same sheet and it doesn't says that nowhere on the coupon they just refused to serve me not sure if it was due to me being trans and being black,, but that's to say the least. Their behavior today in my opinion made not only them look bad but their culture, the subway company and the older lady they work with. all to make me and my friends along with a ten year old little boy very uncomfortable they're not the cutest but it's still no reason to carry yourselves as such because they make men of their culture look distasteful so I decieded to just pay for My food because I feel bad for the old leave that establishmen though. She begged me to come again and apologize for them and they behavior. I feel worse fir the older lady Even though I feel aggrieved for myself

This 5 star is for the young man belive the name was ramsey. Is one of the nicest workers the store was about to close he was kind enough to make 10 six inch sandwiches for my youth basketball league even gave away 10 free cookies just before they closed!

My one star review is due to the owner's son behavior. The cashier and sandwich artist provided excellent service, but the owner's son actions were unacceptable. When I inquired about the freshness of the cookies and how long they had been out, he mumbled and giggled before responding in a rude manner. Additionally, the tables were dirty and there was food on the floor.

While the owner's son behavior was unacceptable, I choose to focus on the excellent service provided by the cashier and sandwich artist. I believe that by supporting businesses that value their employees and provide quality service, we can create a more positive and uplifting community.

manager claimed that they could not replace my steak and cheese sandwhich after it came with little to no meat and two slices of cheese and hard bread. terrible service. also there were no veggies on my sub.. apparently they were “out” of almost all the sides like banana peppers and olives ect and didn’t care to let me know. If I just wanted meat and cheese I would've just ate a steak. this location lacks accountability and quality customer service as the manager was quite rude. do better.
