I had a gift card given to me by a different subway owner. I can to this subway on Clark Ave to use it with my family. Owner wife told me it had zero. She told me to give it too her so she can throw it away.I told her no thanks I'll keep it to make sure with the previous owner. She told me she will check it again after I pay with my credit card. I reluctantly did so and what did you know it had 50 bucks on it.Filthy nasty scamers.

the employee who draws pictures for me on the wrappers is more effective for my mental health than my ssri. anyways, my mobile orders have all been perfect and they give good portions. very good

Sara and the young man who worked on Sunday night ( forgot to catch his name ) were amazing . I had just got off and ran in with my kids not realizing they were 5 minutes from closing I’m in the restaurant business and i never ever do that to anyone . Late kid pick up and trying to grab something fast on the way home . Anyways they were so sweet and kind 100% on customer service very friendly . We will defiantly be coming back to this location because of the good attitude and fast service the 2 of them provided us

Today at Subway was crazy just wanted a tuna footlong...cheese on bread toasted. Veggies on the side. Was given two baby scoops of Tuna. I haven't been in a while so I thought that was right. My wife sees it and says no should be more Tuna than that. Just was trying to be productive since tonight at work I won't be near any food places. ? Guy who made my food was high or out of it or just didn't care or all three. Had a bread...if that helps..Plus there remodeling with the store..open so people are plastering and smoothing walls..Plus building while they stay open. Haven't been to subway in a long time and won't be back. Like I work in the medical field I understand being short and busy and I doubly tipped because I felt bad for them...Even though I wasn't shown or given the same kindness.

I came in pretty close to closing time and unsurprisingly staff members were busy cleaning up in the back, but within seconds I was warmly greeted by the manager and my order was taken. Despite having a somewhat unique order it was made very well and very quickly, and before I knew it I was back on the road enjoying my delicious pepperonis. Clark subway has got to be the best subway in cleveland!
