Went here and the female employees were upset that I was deciding what I wanted. During the process one of them came around the counter with a cast on their leg rolling up to smoke outside. The workplace is dirty and the cashiers just had a conversation about their baby daddy's. Asked for more onions and the woman seemingly did not like that I asked for more.

Went to this subway out in North Olmsted, I ordered my sandwich ? on flatbread. Sandwich ? was good but oh so sloppy !! He should’ve rolled it up like a bun. Every time I picked it up to eat, it fell apart, nd the bread was so soggy. Worst sandwich ever I had.

Walked in and the workers were having a personal conversation loudly. While making my sandwich the worker answered her phone using a ear piece as if I couldn't hear. Again a personal conversation while working. The place was empty. Looked clean food was okay.

This lady’s are slow and make your bun with the same gloves that she ( the overweight lady)scratched her hair, grab the phone that she save it in her titis ?! Then she grab the spinach and onion with same gloves ?. Gross ?, they don’t ? smile at all. They look mad ? and not happy with their job. Go spend your money somewhere else.! 14 minutes exactly waiting on 3 subs. They both look stoned for me.

I stop here once a week, I'm always greeted warmly, The sandwich makers are patient, and kind. It's only 2-3 workers but they are efficient and they make sure you get what you've paid for. It's tidy but no dine in and they are on door dash.

This was the most disgusting Subway I ever had in my life first of all waited almost 15 minutes to place an order and the place was not even busy I ordered 4 footlong sandwiches that had hardly NO MEAT on them all I tasted was the veggies and I'm not vegan or vegetarian I would NOT recommend this a place to eat I was so DISAPPOINTED I spent $45 of my hard earned money on these sandwiches which was supposed to be dinner for me and my family. I will not be eating lunch SUBWAY ever again due to this horrible experience
The Subway closest to me didn't take the coupons that were mailed out so I went to this one. I got great customer service. They was fast n efficient. They also took my son's order from my son instead of from me, letting him get the experience. Thank you Subway
The service was great. There was issue today, a customer ahead of us had the employee to make 3 footlong subs the customer had the employee to put some much toppings that it was hard to wrap sandwiches, the customer wanted it rewrap, the employee said yes I will double wrap your sandwiches, the customer started cussing and walked out didnt pay for sandwiches and left them there. There was no cause for that reaction at all. The employee did nothing wrong. But I know the customer will make it out to be the employees fault. So please don't blame your employees. I will call to talk to management personally tomorrow morning. I was there @5:49:17pm September 8. The customer was ahead of me. Thank you in advance
