I haven't been out to a restaurant since before the pandemic. I have recently picked up a couple FOOT LONG VEGGIES ( W 150th and the Lady that's working the whole fast food restaurant, Her name is "Vee", takes care of everything, !!! Very good worker, very polite, makes a great sandwich!

Vegetarian options: You can get a veggie sandwich there but it's not on the menu you got to order it special which probably takes more time for the person making the sandwich. It would be better if you can go I'll just take a "veggie number #2".

This location has one of the best employees working here…. Every other subway worker in Cleveland has an attitude but MIA is a sweetheart and is always giving amazing customer service!!!’ Give that girl a raise pls!!!!

Whole bunch of things were wrong. All of my pops were flat, we needed to dump them all. Missing items, barely put any meat on our sandwiches, they only give you half a portion cup for a giant salad, and when you try to call and complain, either subway or bp, their phones don't work. You're better off going somewhere else

Horrible service.

First, I'm told I need to order the subs online after showing her a screenshot of what I want on my tablet. I try to explain that I have no online user and that it would be more complicated, and besides, my tablet is only wifi compatible. She says I can use their unsecured wifi. I really don't want to do that with a monetary transaction. She keeps insisting since it'll make it easier for her to get the order right.

To get the order going, I finally pull out my phone, create the online order and have to enter all my information, including name, address, card number, etc. It would have been so much easier to just take the order and have me swipe the card at the cash register. I wait... I get the order and I come home.

At home, I notice that my order came out incorrect. I go back to get it replaced.

She (Angie or something similar I believe) admits to getting the order wrong, but she refuses to replace it with a correct order and says that I need to talk with a manager who won't arrive until the next day.

I sit down and browse the web on my phone to try to find out how to contact someone at Subway Support who can make this right. While I'm doing this, the gas station worker comes up to me and asks what the problem is and if he can make a new sandwich for me. He does so, and I am finally able to leave with the subs I ordered.

I am so grateful for the man at the gas station. Thank you so much! You are so very much appreciated! But unfortunately, I will never order a sub from this Subway again, since he may not be there to save the day next time.
