Iâve had to cancel orders before at subways that said theyâre 24hrs but really weâre closed, so I just called to make sure this location really was.
I donât feel like thatâs a stupid question but the first guy couldnât even tell me if I had the right location when I asked, left me sitting there, then when the woman answered the phone she said âwell if thatâs whatâs on google then thatâs rightâ in the most condescending way you can imagine, and then hung on up me while I was saying thank you and explaining why I asked in the first place!!
I understand yâall are probably busy and food service is a lot, but thereâs no excuse for that. Canât imagine what the food is like if the cs is this bad. God forbid I tried to place an order over the phone

I have been purchasing Subway for years this was the best made wrap I've ever had usually other stores just take flat bread and fold it in half this lady actually made it a wrap it was fantastic great job thank you

Thank you for service after tornado they are really helpful person I was there on Tuesday night customer service is very polite. they bring the bread from their another subway for customer at 7:45pm Thank so much for that.
On 8/7/2024 my boyfriend B male went into the store at 8pm to order one sandwich- he was denied service by an employee named PRINCE stating âthey were closedâ I looked on their website which showed store hours being 8pm. I W female walked in at 8:05pm and was willingly being serve, my boyfriend walked back in to address why he was declined service considering he would have been a fully paying customer. This subway profiled a young black man- if anyone has advice on how to get in contact with corporate I would appreciate it

Listen if you don't see a short Mexican women in their just go ..the men that work their don't think or something they lev the food uncovered they don't /can't no what number to toast your bread some how it's ALWAYS WET like eeeewww they may or may not even cut the sandwich the women knows what she's doing she listens she clean and the food and vegetables are fresh

Unprofessional. The person making my sandwich was on their cell phone the ENTIRE time talking over my food and cussing about something completely unrelated to their job. On my way there, I was thinking that I should take my money somewhere else because the service is usually bad there, and this confirmed that. This is the closest location to me but I would rather drive farther to Jimmy Johns or something and give them my money

If I could give this place a zero star I would! My husband is a food delivery driver and had this place as a stop. He couldnât get anyone on the phone and when he knocked on the back delivery door two women came out, one charging at him with a knife in her hand!! They have the same delivery at the same time every week so thereâs no way they shouldnât have known he was stopping there. Very scary to think of the type of people who might be behind a counter at any given time. Iâm thanking Jesus he is coming home unharmed today.
