Order a chicken foot long dipper and they come out with this 🙄 I told him you can add more chicken and cheese and I'll pay whatever and he says no…. I go to many subways but this is definitely the worst 🤷🏻♀️

I’ve had to cancel orders before at subways that said they’re 24hrs but really we’re closed, so I just called to make sure this location really was.
I don’t feel like that’s a stupid question but the first guy couldn’t even tell me if I had the right location when I asked, left me sitting there, then when the woman answered the phone she said “well if that’s what’s on google then that’s right” in the most condescending way you can imagine, and then hung on up me while I was saying thank you and explaining why I asked in the first place!!
I understand y’all are probably busy and food service is a lot, but there’s no excuse for that. Can’t imagine what the food is like if the cs is this bad. God forbid I tried to place an order over the phone

I have been purchasing Subway for years this was the best made wrap I've ever had usually other stores just take flat bread and fold it in half this lady actually made it a wrap it was fantastic great job thank you

Thank you for service after tornado they are really helpful person I was there on Tuesday night customer service is very polite. they bring the bread from their another subway for customer at 7:45pm Thank so much for that.
On 8/7/2024 my boyfriend B male went into the store at 8pm to order one sandwich- he was denied service by an employee named PRINCE stating “they were closed” I looked on their website which showed store hours being 8pm. I W female walked in at 8:05pm and was willingly being serve, my boyfriend walked back in to address why he was declined service considering he would have been a fully paying customer. This subway profiled a young black man- if anyone has advice on how to get in contact with corporate I would appreciate it
