Suggest going somewhere else if you want what you paid for, they’re very skimpy with everything but the dang toppings/dressings. 90% toppings and 10% meat and cheese
I had my son pre order his food and they told him it would be ready at 12 pm. He had to be to work by 1 pm so my intention was to pick up his food and pick him up and get him to work on time. He works across town but we had plenty of time to get him there
Unfortunately when I got to subway they hadn't even started his sandwich. I got there at 12pm
They didn't acknowledge me standing at the counter. They continued to make sandwiches for other customers so I asked the guy at the counter is this where you pick up preordered food he said yes then went to make someone else's sandwich. When he came to ring that customer up I asked if anyone was going to make my son's sandwich which he had ordered over a half hour ago and I let him know my son night end up late because of there bad customer service
He just kept saying two minutes. Mind you there were three people making sandwiches but they never started my son's order
What's the point in ordering ahead
I finally left, picked up my son and took him to subway on about 64th in Harvard. They were excellent and he received efficient service and excellent customer service and fortunately I barely got him to work on time
I do not recommend the subway on East 152 near St Clair but I highly recommend the subway on Harvard near East 64th
Make sure you get your 3x cheese because they will try to give you the regular amount and still charge you for the 2x. Other than that food is always fresh and they make the sandwiches very neat
It’s on for life just cause u was petty and charged me an extra 1.85 for nothing that was unprofessional … I had a boss sandwich and he changed it to a meatball sub and charged for extra pepperoni extra pepperoni

This service was horrible. The staff disrespect the customers. I was charged a tip when I didn't press the button. The staff member said that he'll cancel the order but I'll lose the reward I used. So when he would ring me up I'd have to pay more for my sub.

My sandwich was made to my Specifications just the way I like it.
Ordered a chicken bacon ranch and they doused my sandwich in oil no ranch, my whole flatbread was soggy.
