This subway is the worst they mad because I did 4 separate orders so I could get the deal they made the sandwiches all wrong even made one an six inch and we paid for a foot long didn't toast any of them at all and put very minimal protein on any of the sandwiches I will never visit this site again. This isn't the first time they've done this but I'm figuring awww it's just a coincidence third strike your out. This location is awful never have a problem anywhere else. They need to shut down if their not gonna honor what should be done.

Every time I place a mobile order, my order is never ready when I get there to pick it up. Today there was one employee working. I walked in and was not acknowledged or greeted. I told the employee that I’m here to pick up a mobile order. He told me to hold on as he proceeded to make orders for two customers then hands me my order that has been ready the entire time. I bypass the Subway closest to me to come to this location because it used to be good. The customer service is now terrible and I won’t be ordering from this location anymore.

The veggies were very fresh. Subs were cooked perfectly and to our specifications. They were also patient and I did not feel rushed. They practiced safe food preparation and the place was very clean. Lots of parking spaces in back.

been eating here for awhile as it's close and convenient. never had a problem with the food.

decided to get a fountain drink today which was a complete waste of $2.

first there was black spots on the ice, when i showed this to the employee he did not seem to care and suggested i instead take a bottled drink (basically half the size of the drink i actually paid for).

i dumped out the ice and picked the spots out of my cup and proceeded to fill it with coke. the coke was so thin that i could literally see the sides of the cup through it and sure enough once i got home i basically had soda water with some dark color and no hint of flavor.

before today i would have given them 5 stars, but after this experience and how it was handled, i'm just not going back.

When I walk in I order two pretzels for me and my little sister and a small fountain cup, ad the subway worker turns around his pants is falling and can almost see his crack, this really disgust me out,

Worst subway ever. Mayfield and Warrensville. Tuna sub was soggy. Wet and soggy bun. No sauce of any kind and the other was hard old bread. Went to get refunded and they refused to. Remade tuna and poked at the club sub and refused to refund money. Plenty of other subways around.
