Be aware: the current $6.99 reopening deal does not apply to ANY footlong like the sign says. Very small amounts of veggies are put on the sandwich as they appear to be stingy with ingredients. Also does not accept gift cards or subway promotions/

Old man with glasses who I talked to I’m guessing is the owner but he was rude. I picked up an online order and I came like 20 mins later than I put as the pick up time and he commented that I was a little late picking up my order? And also I gave my name a couple of times and what I ordered but he kept saying that’s it wasn’t the right name, and just all these questions like he was kinda being racist towards me but I’m a paying customer. The conclusion was that the wrong ticket was attached to the order (illiterate much.) I would rather go further up mayfield for subway(I only went for a promo.)

Amazing customer service! I love subway and i like to eat fresh, but i really come in just to see the man and woman who is always kind and makes me laugh everytime. My food is always fresh and made correctly. A Clean atmosphere and very welcoming.

Im a Tattoo Artist that work at Impact Ink right down Subway. I have never been racially profiled and yelled at by a employee because I’ve asked for no green peppers on my sandwich and just stared to catch an attitude with me and was talking in a different language and was mean mugging me at the same time. The people in line just looked at me and I just didn’t like how I was being treated over one change…. I dropped everything and left… I come here a lot on my lunch break but since this very moment that I just I will not EVER come back here ever again… I wouldn’t recommend coming here…

Restrooms are closed for Covid? Nothing can cause covid to spread faster than not being able to wash your hands before sticking food in your mouth. Has to be a health code violation.

arrived at the store at 825pm and the doors were locked. Went to the front door and it was locked. The worker inside looked at us and turned the lights out. Closeure states 9pm so I was unsure why it was closed more than a half hour early. He didn't even feel the need to address us. I feel that is unprofessional and times should be followed if that is what's stated.

This particular Subway does not except any subway promotional coupons, The owner is the main person mostly taking the orders and making the sandwiches & he is very frugal with the ingredients and if you don't say anything he will grab the ingredients on top that are wilted and has pieces of the other vegetables in it. He's even stingy with the napkins he gives you.
