Customer service is horrible. You can not put what you want to on your sandwich. Any other Subway I’ve been to your able to put what ever you want on your sandwich.

The volume this restaurant handles during lunch is crazy, but the staff is fast, friendly and professional.

Staff person was friendly even though she was working alone and was closing in a couple of minutes. (I was getting it to go anyway.) Out of my first choice of bread, but it was the end of the day, as I said.
We stopped here to pick up some sandwiches to take with us to a more pleasant place to eat. The quality was good enough.
Friendly staff who know the menu and our Case Western Meal Plan well enough to give you informed information. The quality is great and the time is takes to order is pretty fast even if theres several people ahead of you.
I ate at the Subway at the Comfort Inn Downtown. It is right off the lobby. Service very friendly and clean place.
