Horrible customer service when I went in today buy some little disgruntled employee I had a coupon and she told me that I could not use it for a steak but nowhere on that coupon said anything about what kind of meat so I hope that in the near future they will evaluate these things the lady was very nasty I guess she thought just because I look like her or her personal way

this location pissed me off so bad im still lowkey mad about this cuz it ruined my day for real. this location- as well as most locations, are advertised to be open from 9am to 9pm. I understand that it takes some restaurants a few extra minutes to prepare, but this is a little bit ridiculous because this has happened twice. i dont like going to food places as soon as the open just because i know thats irritating. so when i got dropped off to go to work, i waited like 15 minutes before i went over to get something for my lunch later, and their sign wasnt on, and the door was locked. i was so irritated because what do you mean you arent open 15 minutes after you’re scheduled to be open. i ended up going to beyond and got a salad and a smoothie that was 20 DOLLARS?????? insane man. i was disappointed. please just change your hours or something, thats just insane.
Rude! Could not get the app to work so I walked in but the cashier would not honor the bogo. First she said there was no bogo. Then after showing her the offer she said she had no way of doing it and was going to throw out the order. I asked her why she would waste the food and upset a customer. She did not care. One of the other employees helped me with the app (needed my phone number) so I got the bogo.
Very disappointed. I've been turned away 2 days in a row here. First day I understood as their system was down, but the second day they had 2 staff members who were both on break at the same time. Usually staff are staggered for breaks so there isn't an interruption of service. I don't have 20 minutes ro wait as my break would be over. If it was 1 person I'd understand but there is no reason 2 staff members should be on break at the same time.
All of the employees were outside smoking so I tried to walk in and they said it was close. (It was 6:00).

There were 2 people in the store, I placed my order for pick up but the male employee told me the store was closed (the time was 8:30 and on the Google maps says they close at 9) when I know it wasn't closed, the female however was very nice and greeted me and gave me my order to go. Unfortunately, I didn't get my pregnant wife's soda, so she was pretty upset. I'm not sure if I would order from here again.

I’m always in there and never have problems but this particular time i wanted cookies. When i pulled up the worker was outside smoking and he came in behind me to take my order but he did Not wash his hand before getting my cookies. When i confronted him about not washing his hands he literally started arguing with me! His attitude is horrible and he is not sanitary at all! He continued arguing over to take care of another customer that walked in and a young lady got my cookies for me. Pls do better!

I ordered on thier app today at 8:10pm and went to pick up the food ive paid for, dude working in there first told me that the order didnt come in he didnt see anything so i show him the order on my phone than he say oh just cancel it we cant make it. I was like what? Whats going on right now? This guy refuse to make my food that ive paid for and is trying everything to not make it. Its not like its a big order too its just two sanwich. He just kept repeating no im not making it. And tell us to leave and said that they are close right now (open sign on outside and they close at 9 not 8:20). Be aware of this location, really bad staff working there. Avoid this location at all cost, its not worth it.
