As of writing this, it’s 01/03/2024. Every milk for sale in their fridge expired on 12/07/2023. I know this cause I tried to drink the one they sold me…

The food is good enough for its purpose. Most buildings have acceptable food service. As far as ambience the Taussigs center is the nicest. Although any of this depends on why you're there. I don't recommend any of the food courts for taking your spouse out for dinner and and a night on the town. But the Cleveland Clinic PEOPLE are the kindest, nicest accommodating individuals you will encounter anywhere in the world! If your there for great health care, afterwords consider Little Italy for great restaurants right down the street a few blocks.

Feels like you are legitimately ruining their day by ordering something. If you want to wait a long time and then be treated like garbage, this is your place. I get depressed by the time I get my sandwich. Worst Subway by far! Beware!

I was there on 5/26/2003 with my husband who was undergoing testing prior to a very serious cardiac surgery. We both were apparently too slow in choosing toppings for our sandwiches and berated by the very rude lady making them. This didn’t happen once, but multiple times to both of us. Compassion and patience should be a requirement of employment for staff hired in this environment. People do not visit the Cleveland Clinic for a fun day. We are from out of state and this left a very bad impression. Fortunately, everyone else we encountered that day was extremely kind and gracious.

Horrible customer service on 5/25/23 @1850.

ice cream machines have been done for weeks... toppings not ever filled.. just seems a little under standard for clevland Clinic... you would think with that kind of market it would be always up to high standards for the employees and family of patients.

One of the nicest subway staff. Will always return because of that
some of the employees do not change gloves in between making sandwiches/touching the register and cash. It’s not only extremely unhygienic but dangerous because people could have allergies.

Love subway they make may sandwich right everytime and I also called to ask a favor of one of the employees to take a lunch meet off my coworker couldn't have and she done it with no problem I appreciate her time and understanding

Not your normal subway. They don’t skimp on the meat or toppings. Convenient for those visiting or staying at the Cleveland Clinic. Staff was ok, and quick. My 6” white Italian turkey with Pepperjack and American was really good for a subway sandwich. I don’t suggest asking for extra mayonnaise unless you want it drowned, as I asked for regular and it was like getting extra, but turned out perfect.

It was the most offensive, unprofessional, and terrible restaurant experience I had ever encountered. I asked the employee if he could change his gloves and the bread because I do not eat meat. No response. So I ask him again politely and he was so aggressive and defensive that I was flabbergasted. I simply mentioned that I repeated myself because he seemed to not have heard me, yet he yelled at me saying he heard me the first time and started a diatribe. No one excused his behavior and it escalated. I told him he was being very rude. He just kept on berating me even though I was trying to ignore him. He was so loud, he wasn't even taking care of the rest of the customers. I will never eat there again, or recommend it to anyone. I'm visiting an ill parent and the last thing I expected was the worst customer service ever.

Takes much longer than a usual subway if you make the mistake of lining up. Neglected to toast bread 3 times in a row when ordered online.
