The black lady who works there is too rude. She's miserable and It shows. She made my sandwich wrong and I asked her to fix it and she wants to get an attitude. Simply do your j0b and be professional. It's not hard. Also If your low on multiple items It's best you make that known. I cannot believe how rude this woman Is to people.

I was there on 12/17 around 2:20. The woman that worked there had a bad attitude, it was obvious she didn’t want to be there. If she doesn’t want to be there maybe she should find a job elsewhere. It’s a shame because this is the first time I have a bad experience at this store.

This place was filthy …the lady working there was so unprofessional just terrible,horrible attitude personality amongst other things this is the reason you stay in school and make better choices!!!!we the customers shouldn’t have to suffer…the guy who used to be there was fairly pleasant the staff was more concerned with trying to impress the stragglers that linger around in the inside that she likes then doing her job just terrible she literally runs customers away RUN!!!!

My fav neighborhood Subway, Couldn't help but notice the prices went up substantially and they no longer accept the coupon. The lady with the long red braids works very hard and nice personality and the other young lady is nice to. I usually leave a tip for them two. The store looked a little empty.

Never in history I seen online orders come before the customer when I was in the store before anyone else. Just one employee working. Constantly using the phone in between customers. Having a attitude on Sunday. Clearly no cares given at this location. Customer service is distasteful.

I have visited this particular location 4 times and received decent service ONCE. As regards the other 3 visits; once was lunch hour and the manager was running around trying to FIND veggies to replenish the empty bins. Went back a week later and ALL the bread was flat and unusable so myself and others were turned away. Tried one final time at 1PM (to avoid the luch rush) and was informed that the shop was closing for 20 minutes. Will never return to that location.

Wednesday, September 1st. Early afternoon.Was greeted with a head nod by male employee, no verbal greeting.Female employee was grumpy, made several mistakes preparing order after being given simple, explicit items I wanted on the sub sandwich.Took a phone call on her cell phone near the end of my order. Male employee with Do Rag on his head completed the order. I left a 1 dollar tip and was thanked by male employee.I rate this store below average.

I ordered from subway at Lee and Harvard for pickup with Uber. I have before with no issues. This time the place was busy with about 4 people in line, I guess not too busy. I arrived at the time my app with Uber says my order was ready. After 20 minutes I still had no order. The 2 who were working didn't know what they were doing, doing other things besides making sandwiches. The one worker who was working on ordered sandwiches didn't even start my order and told me she has others before mine. After she finished a doordash order I asked if mine was going to get started she said no and proceeded to get on her phone, doing who knows what. I told her to forget.my order. I won't bring my business here again.
