Miss the Subway in the entrance of the CLE Airport but but the one on the Delta Concourse was just as good. Got there between breakfast and lunch and was offered the choice between both menus! Sub was good and Wifey said the price was reasonable. Sounds like a bunch of Yum to me!đ

Ordered a turkey wrap. Told discontinued wraps. Looked at the menu and pointed to wraps. Then told only on those special wraps.
Worst service in the world. I asked to cut it in half and they gave me a plastic knife to cut it myself. Worst Subway I've ever been to anywhere in the world.

There is nothing worse when traveling than delays. Except when employees donât want to stay till closing so they stop serving people. Food was probably fine, but I wouldnât know because I was turned away 20 minutes before closing.

Went to the Subway in airport on the B concourse and after waiting was told the donât sell meatballs a la carte and I told them I had just bought them same location day before the employee told me to go the the ticket counter location so I went there and after waiting and watching the employee take supplies off the cart finally looks at me and say that she is busy putting away supplies and she could not help me right now. What kind of service is this?

The super short-haired woman that works early Friday mornings always is still âsetting up the line in the backâ and needs âten more minutesâ even though they opened an hour prior. This has happened to us several times. Just show up on time for your shift or take the 1.5 minutes it would take to step away and make a sandwich considering youâre OPEN.
This is the rudest woman on the planet. Rudest body language totally unwelcoming, dint answer properly when we asked her to make a sandwich did hand gestures that were not polite at all, when I asked to her to talk politely she asked us to get off the line.
They need good customer service thatâs it
The manager of this airport location in the Southwest terminal has the worst attitude. She was rude to EVERY SINGLE person in line.
