Over all the quality of the food was fresh. Service seemed really rushed even though nobody was in line. They kept asking if everything on the sub was okay not the normal subway experience. It's an airport so notice for atmosphere lol. Overall hope this helps others.

There is nothing worse when traveling than delays. Except when employees don’t want to stay till closing so they stop serving people. Food was probably fine, but I wouldn’t know because I was turned away 20 minutes before closing.

07.30.2023: I'm waiting for a flight to Atlanta and decided to stop and grab a footlong turkey breast sub from the Subway in terminal B for lunch. They were out of tomatoes for my sub and ice for drinks. The lady behind me also ordered a footlong turkey breast sub, but she ordered fresh mozzarella on hers. After I paid and went to my gate, I checked my receipt and noticed I was charged almost 2 dollars ($1.66) for fresh mozzarella. The lady who ordered the fresh mozzarella sat next to me at the gate, and we determined that they got our orders mixed up somehow. I went back to the counter to request a refund of the cheese I didn't order. The lady behind the counter tells me, "I'm pretty sure you ordered mozzarella." Funny thing is, this lady didn't make my sub, she only rang me up, so how could she make this assumption? I told her I still had my sub, and she said they'd need to see it and proceeded to get the person authorized to process my refund. The next lady was rude AF, as if I was lying about my own order, and said she needed my food back for the refund. I explained that I just wanted a refund for the cheese I never ordered, but she said they have to refund all or nothing. When I put my sub on the counter, she snatched it and chucked it in the garbage, never verifying their error. This was by far the worst customer service I'd experienced in a long time. The fact that they were out of items, telling me what they are "pretty sure" I ordered, and the all around rudeness, I don't think I'll be back, and I travel through this area quite a bit.

They weren't even open yet which I didn't realize and yet the lady still let me get a cup of water greeted me and wished me safe travels. After how bad the Bruegger's bagels workers are, it was nice to encounter a kind person. Thank you to this lady.

The super short-haired woman that works early Friday mornings always is still “setting up the line in the back” and needs “ten more minutes” even though they opened an hour prior. This has happened to us several times. Just show up on time for your shift or take the 1.5 minutes it would take to step away and make a sandwich considering you’re OPEN.

This is pretty much the only fast place to get food in concourse B. So when it has a sign that says they are open, lights are on, food is out under the counter...and no one is working; customers tend to get annoyed. Several customers, including myself, called to the back of the restaurant area to see if anyone was there working and maybe just didn't know they had a line forming. We all waited 15 minutes and left. I went to food court to spend my money elsewhere. When I returned to my gate across from this location..still no one working and a line forming again. This restaurant really needs some help with customer service. Or at least place a sign out saying they will be back at a certain time if having a restroom break or emergency.

This is the rudest woman on the planet. Rudest body language totally unwelcoming, dint answer properly when we asked her to make a sandwich did hand gestures that were not polite at all, when I asked to her to talk politely she asked us to get off the line.

The woman working at 5pm on 6/4/22 was absolutely awful. She had a rude attitude, spoke extremely unprofessional to all guests in line and even told a woman “you’re getting a protein bowl because I don’t have salad bowls!” She then said “I been here too long today, and I’m outta here, not gonna deal with this anymore!!” She yelled at a young man to back up who was standing at the counter waiting to order, then closed the gate on him. Once gate was closed she proceeded to play music very loud behind the counter.

The worst subway ever,the old white hair is a b****,she had an attitude she was mean with everybody i just had to throwed my sandwich in the trash because she had a dirty outfit and hair,if you don't like your work,change it,don't mess others people day,i don't need that kind of negativity in my life.

The manager of this airport location in the Southwest terminal has the worst attitude. She was rude to EVERY SINGLE person in line.

We were at the airport in Cleveland. We got a sandwich meal and they were out of steak and tomatoes and roast beef. So we ordered the cold cut sub. The meat in the subs was supposed to have ham ,salami , bologna well pretty much all of our meat with bologna. We were supposed to gotten double meat, which we did not get . lt was very disappointing because they were also out of lettuce and tomatoes and roast beef ..
