Ordered online. Small amount of
Chicken and veggies. Total bullshit. You have to be at this location or they will put hardly any veggies or meat on your sub.
I can see why this place has such low ratings. I was riding my bike downtown today for exercise but my blood sugar got low so I stopped in to eat before it got dangerously low. Ordered a sub, drink and chips. Sat down to eat but she told me I couldn't eat inside because they are closed.
I asked what time.
She said 3pm.
I looked at my watch it was 330pm.
There was a lady eating inside with no problem. So I go outside eat standing up because there was no place to sit. Turn around and saw the sign clearly says they close at 7.
I was outside till 4pm and people were still walking in.
So I asked her why she kicked me out if they close at 7?
She tried to say she was trying to kick out the other lady who was a black lady that works in the office. (I saw work badge)
And I'm mentioning race in case this was the issue.
I'm asian wearing workout gear. Clearly not homeless because I have clean name brand clothes on.
I was a paying customer n caused no problems so I see no reason for being kicked out.
Make this make sense.
I will not support their business ever again. This is nonsense.

Horrible experience. They didn’t give me my chips and put 1/4 the amount of meat that other subways give you. Also didn’t get any cheese on my Philly cheese steak. They’re the worst.

Subway is my favorite fast food restaurant. With that being said, I have been to many locations. The people that work here must be miserable as ever!!! The workers never smile or speak and I was JUST cashed out in complete silence. My only suggestion is: Find a new job because I should not have to experience your dismal demeanor. And it’s not like they are having a bad day, THIS is how they have been in the last 7 months that I have been coming. SMH And after reading all of your reviews, just SHUT DOWN because all of your customers seem to be unhappy. I won’t be back.

All I got was a veggie sub and they couldn’t have been more stingy with the toppings. I had to ask for extra. Probably the worst and smallest veggie sub I’ve ever had.
Vegetarian options: It’s easy to get a veggie sub, but they don’t give you very much so don’t bank on it being very filling.

No working bathroom and employees were not super helpful and very standoffish. We are visiting from out of town and expected better hospitality since everyone so far in Cleveland has been great thus far.

I placed an order on the app for a BOGO deal they were promoting. Two sandwiches exactly the same. When I arrived at the store the employee working said she never received my order. I showed her my app confirmation and had her look up my order number. She was no help. I ended up having her make my one sandwich and paying for it AGAIN. She would not honor the app BOGO deal. Very very poor customer service. When she tried to reach a manager she was unable.
