I left my name and number twice for the owner to call me where we had a problem owner never called me that's been weeks ago
Consistently close early or don't open. Cancel mobile orders for no reason.
I placed an order through the Subway app using a coupon that was promoted by Subway. However, when I went to pick it up, the store told me they don’t accept coupons and cancelled my order. If certain locations don’t honor coupons, they should be turned off in the app for those restaurants.
On top of that, this location often doesn’t have certain subs in stock. The app still allows the order to go through, but when we arrive, they simply say it’s unavailable.
They also don’t seem to follow Subway’s portion standards meat portions are very small, the sandwiches are not rolled properly, and employees don’t consistently change gloves between customers. Occasionally things are done correctly, but most of the time these issues occur.

I order regularly, I order also today when I rich for pickup some one else pick my order and I talked with them I am not told anyone to pick up my order but they don't accept it. And one of them man guy told me I am liar I told different different names for pickup I am always told my name but I am not understand why they misbehave with me I pay for two footlong but I don't eat anything due to that guy. This is them mistake they give my footlong to any other without asking name and checking.

The new employees are extremely slow and inefficient. There's three of them. One should be on register instead of the person on vegetable side doing register and having to change his gloves every five minutes (it takes him five minutes to put vegetables on a sandwich). Overall my trip today took 20 minutes with 4 people in line. I'm going to just start leaving when I see that employee work. There is one really good employee but I don't see him much anywhere.
