Parking: You can part near the store. And make it easier to get in and get out.

I currently am a guest in the city of Cleveland during this 2023 Thanksgiving holiday. I visited this Subway location (1800 Euclid Avenue) around 2:45 in the afternoon. The manager and other employees are NOT customer friendly. Another customer after us was being served. I overheard his disappointment that they did not have the sandwich he desired. It was a calm conversation. When the customer left the Manager called him an a@@hole in my presence and proceeded to the back to spread her Negativity to the other two employees who were chiming in as well.I approached the manager about the name calling and she sd the customer was yelling which was not true. I stated that you all dont smile at the customer and are not inviting. She stated tht we’re not required to smile at the customers. I asked “but are you required to be customer friendly”? She sauntered off in all of her sternness. The environment is Hostile and Not welcoming. There was not even a “welcome in” or a “thank you”. The manager and employees create the atmosphere that either draws the customer in or pushes them away. The workers and manager are just Rude!

The worst subway anywhere I've been. Service is the worst. Food is less then any other. Got a footlong it was less on it than a six inch. All bread. Avoid at all cost way more places nearby to eat at.

Rude customer service, won't refund their mistake. Never using them or door dash again.

There was only one employee working at the time I was there so my wait was longer than usual since there were two other customers who ordered 3 or 4 sandwiches before me. The employee wasn’t too rude but not too friendly (maybe she was tired, not complaining).

Go to this subway, not the one up the street in the Plaza. Plaza one is trash.

Service was great, but it looks a bit understaffed. Especially in the evenings, it appears that there is usually only one employee behind the counter. I can't help but worry about the worker's ability to tend to customers, as well as their safety while they are alone during the later hours.

Subway is a great place for a great sandwich this subway I came to and the employees were very friendly and helpful. The restaurant is small and the sandwiches are great.

I like Subway’s menu however, evening rush hour is not a good time for parking around CSU. Traffic flow and Campus police do not allow for parking curbside and running inside from 4-7pm.

Well went to this subway got 2 BMT 3 macadamia nut cookies. One worker made my sandwich and one worker made boyfriend's sandwich. The one making my sandwich was scared to put the toppings requested, I had to keep asking for more. Got home and my cookies were chocolate chips not macadamia. Called store to complain. Now I got to waste gas to go back for 3 cookies. But here are pictures of both sandwiches I just didnt want to argue with him. Mines is the one that look like just meat. His is over flowing with toppings

This Subway restaurant is located in the bottom-corner of the Comfort Inn hotel building. The hotel lobby connects to this Subway, and there is also access from outside doors. We were recently guests at the Comfort Inn, and our fam' of four had an easy cheaper dinner here. The restaurant appeared to be undergoing remodeling, but there were still a few tables available. There was a lone sandwich artist working when we stopped in, who was sweet and did the best she could to keep the busy line moving along. But it was a bit of a wait, hopefully they are able to better staff the restaurant eventually. We were not in a rush at the time so that was okay, but it may be an issue if you have a tight timing turnaround. Parking may also be an issue, if you're not parked as a hotel guest. But if you can find a spot, this Subway hits the spot. Our subs were made just as asked, with fresh bread and generously piled fillings. We had a cheese sub, a veggie sub, a sweet onion chicken teriyaki sub, and a rotisserie chicken sub. Everything was tasty. If you are a guest of the Comfort Inn, or nearby for another reason, and want some convenient more affordable dining while downtown, this Subway restaurant checks that box.
