I walked in on Monday 11/17/2025 and received the best service I have ever received the staff where friendly and welcoming the one girl talked to us and made sure we where happy and even gave our dog a treat! She was amazing and so personable the sandwich was the best I’ve gotten from Subway! This staff went above and beyond and I cannot express how amazing this location was! Will be my new subway and will always go back because of this young woman and her exceptional customer service!

I strongly believe that the timer for the oven they use to bake bread is not in service typically the bread is hard 10/10 times never fluffy it’s not a bad location but they need to fix that bread problem ASAP

It was hilarious experience. I ordered footage from App. It showed that restaurant was open and I ordered it. But, when I went for the pickup the restaurant was closed. I went to restaurant next day. They told me this is not our fault. They told me that talk to customer service. I complained it and it's been more than 24 hours and still I didn't get any refund. Visited this location on 4/7/23. It was nice to be able to pull up and actually have a few free parking spaces, which can be a rarity in Cleveland. The interior itself was nice and spacious, relatively clean and well lit. The two girls working there were incredibly nice and polite, but they lacked a little bit of urgency when making the sandwiches. It took more than 10 minutes to get 3 sandwiches, but they loaded them up and made them well and truly were kind so I didn't mind the wait at all.
