CHANGING RATING DUE TO OWNER RESPONSE. I don't expect anything for free. I was willing to pay up to $5 for a side of broth. Not willing to over double the cost of my bowl just for broth. Get over yourself.
Frankly this was a low quality meal at a high price. So many better options in the area.
Heard a podcast where they were hyping this restaurant up. Okay but nothing special. I ordered the V2. I didn't realize it didn't come with broth so I ask if I could get some on the side. They said I would have to order a different dish if I wanted broth. The one they suggested was $16 when my meal was $14.

Could not have chosen a more perfect name. I don’t feel I need to say much other than, get out here and give it a try. Best banh mi in the area and perfect every time. You are never going to get a half assed pho. Incredible and impeccable.

My fiancé had Pho and I had Bun Bo Hue. Worse pho and Bun Bo Hue ever in my life! Everything was fine except the foods. The broth tasted like from flavor tablets/packages. I am Vietnamese and I don’t understand about all the recognitions they had.

The best pho in cleveland. Fast service and tasty food bring me back every time. Any foodie has to keep this place in their rotation. 2025 update: best wings in Cleveland. Do not be deterred by “fish sauce” as the main ingredient, they are garlic and funky.
Superior Pho is probably my favorite restaurant in Cleveland. They have THEE BEST Pho ever. I got the beef pho and pork spring rolls and they were absolutely delicious. The flavor of the broth is absolutely perfect. The spring rolls are perfectly fried and crispy. Every time I go here, my pho is perfect.
The customer service is also amazing. The staff is always so nice and welcoming. Love this place and recommend to everyone I know.

It was my first time here. The staff were nice and were able to assist with making recommendations. I ordered the Bahn Mi Sandwich and the vegetarian fried rice to go. It was easy to pay and get my food within 10 to 15 minutes. The sandwich was $9.75, I thought the sandwich was small for the price. But the sandwich was good needed more meat and more mayo though, my preference. The fried rice was good and it was fluffy and flavorful.

I actually visited a few months ago in the summer from PA. I'm a pho snob so I like to try pho when visiting new places. The flavor of the pho was good, great sized portions. It's not the best pho I've ever had but pretty good. For Cleveland, I only have 1 other place to compare it to and Superior Pho is by far way better than their neighbor. Great friendly service as well. Would definitely come back again.

Everyone at my job recommended this place… I’ve tried twice and I just dont see the appeal maybe it in Cleveland. My Vietnamese heart hurt when the food is mid I wasn’t blown away making this my spot for me missing home. I’ve had better in Cleveland and I am limiting the rating to Cleveland. If you are viet there is better places that more authentic in flavor profiles here.

I arrived to this restaurant at 4:00pm and they told me they were closed. I have already gotten a uber from Parma just to see what this place was like. There website says they closed at 8 so that’s why I was confused. No explanation as to why they were closed.

Solid food! The pho (i got the bo vien) itself was honestly technically perfect-- wonderfully clear brother, a good beefy flavor, I could taste the sugar in it, and there was the undertone of the herbs and spices beneath. I think my only gripe was that I personally like my broth a touch more fatty-- it was missing just a little more of that remaining oily undertone I usually get with pho!
My partner's bun thit nuong was pretty good, standard according to them. Meat was grilled nicely, could taste the smoke though the marinade could've used a bit more sweetness. It was nutty, the amount of veggies were perfect, and the portion of meat was generous.
The fish sauce served with the bun and my cha gio was pretty decent! Still prefer Huong's in Columbus (or my mom's lol), this one here needed a fishier flavor and might have been diluted with a little too much water. The chili sauce added to the fish sauce kinda carried it.
Staff was efficient but friendly, and although the restaurant was bustling the food came out fast and table turnover was rapid. You definitely have to go out of your way to find it and the interior itself was a little dim and lackluster, but I certainly wasn't disappointed-- good food is good food.
