I get a bowl of soup everytime I come downtown. Today I ordered my normal bowl of soup and it was served to me in a paper container, ONE HALF THE SIZE of the ceramic bowl and I was charged the same price. When i asked wht this paper container, I was told they are preparing for closing. I ordered my soup at 3.10 pm. Closing time is 4 pm. Noone is even in here and they couldn't wash one bowl in 45 minutes. NOT ACCEPTABLE. next time I come here I'll ask for a bowl not paper container. And for this small container, they can

Great food and people. Never had a bad thing from here. The paprikash and lobster bisque are especially delicious. Breakfast sammiches too.

Chili was perfect. Our Chibatta’s were very generously proportioned and cooked perfectly!
The Chicjen salad wrap was loaded with Chicken, red grapes and celery. My favorite was the Chicked and dumpling soup with home made corn bread

What a delightful, delicious place in Tower City! Was here for a conference nearby & needed something quick for lunch--ordered a pint of amazing chicken & dumplings soup and a fresh half turkey sandwich. Most appreciated though were the beyond friendly workers--a first-time customer, they made me feel so welcome, allowed me to test-taste a soup and the pride they had in telling me about their restaurant was really heartwarming. Thanks for the terrific lunch experience & excellent customer service which is so rare these days--I'll certainly be back whenever I'm in the area!!

Suzy’s Soup is my new go to restaurant when I am in downtown Cleveland. Suzy’s Soup has been in Cleveland for years. They are now located in the former Panera space INSIDE OF TOWER CITY.

I stopped here this morning on my way home to catch the RTA rapid and decided to pick up some soup to take with me.
I'm giving your location five stars because the ladies that took care of me gave me five-star service. They were amazing!. They explained what soups were specialty and which ones were everyday And what was included with the soup.
I was very impressed and the soup was simply delicious. I had the chicken wild rice. The restaurant was warm and inviting. Very clean. Nice atmosphere. I definitely will be back .

I ordered a Grilled Turkey Ciabatta sandwich and was disappointed and wish I can get my money back.
