Best burger I've had in a long time! It is pricey but worth it in my opinion.

When you buy food in an arena, you're either going to pay a lot for mediocre food, or an absurd amount for good food. Symon commits the crime of charging an absurd amount for mediocre food. Got 2 burgers, 2 fries and one soda for $60 (including a 15% tip. Not sure why I tipped. All they did was take my order and slide over pre-made burgers and cold fries. I don't tip at a convenience store. We Americans are quite stupid when it comes to tipping). The burgers were surprisingly small for a $15 burger, and really quite tasteless. The fries, which were an extra $6 each and too small to share between two people, were good in their last moments of warmth, but that didn't last. I will gladly go out of my way to avoid this sorry excuse for arena food in the future.

Burger was so overcooked it was crispy and the cheese was burnt. You can use the bun like a frisbee and possibly break a tooth. 10/10 do not recommend.
Not B spot. Rude customer service. Greasy and cold burger. Absolutely no customization to burger, even leaving off ingredients.

Gross burger was nasty and both fries and burgers was cold asked for new fries and they gave me cold fries again . This is nothing like the old one that used to be in the arena , it was nasty tasting especially for $15 for burger and another $7 for cold old fries ...to make it even worse ... but at least they were somewhat friendly

Could not get my grandaughter a "plain" hamburger. They said it HAD to have something on it. We ordered some lettuce on it then threw the lettuce away. How ridiculous and what a waste of food.

Food is mid. Fries cold. Had to search for cheese. Service is good and price is insane for what you get. I wouldn't put my name on this place. Another money grab. Meh.

$13 for a glass of cider is outrageous. No prices on the drink side of the menus lets them charge any price they want. Airport food is expensive enough without being ripped off for drinks.

Great place to grab a drink and food. All day breakfast: Need I say more? The wings are amazing. Very crunchy and wonderful flavor. Service was exceptional with Bianca. She’s fun, prompt and knowledgeable. Plus it’s a priority pass restaurant (not with AmEx Platinum however).
I stopped in with a few friends to eat and chat before our flight. We were greeted by a hostess named Danielle, who was very inviting and welcoming. We sat at the bar and had a great bartender as well. We ordered food in which it was amazing. However, we could hear the servers by the bar talking about other people. Which we found to be very rude and uncalled for. A few minutes later, I started chattening with a man close by, and he told me he's in there a lot for work flights, and this happens all the time. He said he never complained because he just didn't have time. With that being said, I decided I would complain because if you don't know, then you can't fix the problem. I hope management addresses this issue and makes it a better environment for all.
Cafeteria food at best. Extremely overpriced and under quality. We were very disappointed.Burgers were unspeakably bad.Fries were matchstick and far from the expected freshcut quality we were looking for...and milk shakes were horrid. How can you mess up a milkshake? Well it tastes like a melted fudgepop thats been sitting in a freezer for six months. The worst experience we've had since returning to Ohio.
Very impressive quick service, and it was on a Sunday. Quick! Food was pretty good, so the cooks in the kitchen know what they are doing. Good food. Prices typical for an airport sit down restaurant. Overall I was impressed. (Note that some credit cards have dropped Priority Pass use in restaurants).
