Very awesome atmosphere. I came here on a first date, and as a LGBTQ patron, we felt really welcome being ourselves. We had a great time. The food came out quickly, and the servers were incredibly friendly and helpful. The servers even were discussing board games to each other behind the bar. It's clear that they love their jobs. Our drinks were never empty, and the servers stopped by within 30 seconds of each of us finishing our food to clean the table - making more space for our game.
I see other reviewers mentioning the required 18% gratuity. It was made VERY clear by the server that the bill included an 18% gratuity and additional tips are not required. I'm actually glad that they do this - no stiffing staff is possible :)

Overall had an enjoyable experience. The food was a bit pricey in my opinion, but I was there for the atmosphere not the food.
Plenty of games to play on the shelf and space to feel comfy while playing and eating.
I would say I wish they provided some hand sanitizer at the tables though as some of the games were a bit dirty and so after playing a game I didnt really care to touch food.

i do love the concept of this place however it is entirely too expensive. 18% gratuity plus 5 dollars per person to play games. food was very basic aswell and way overpriced. we saw the server about 2 times and had to remind her that we needed refills. we ordered one lunch with a side and just another side and drinks and ended up paying 100 dollars.

Went there for coffee and some food. My friend didn’t want to play board games so I told my server that and she still charged us $5 a piece for “game play” and wouldn’t take it off, claiming it was required. This isn’t a night club entree fee? This place has great potential but they ruin it with the bad service. Our server checked on us maybe 1 time and an automatic 18% tip was applied to my bill and they STILL requested additional tips on the receipt. If your tip is automatically included then get rid of the “tip” line on your receipts in the system. The coffee was good and so was my smoothie but paid way too much for that I got. Probably won’t go back unless it’s a to go cup of coffee.

The food was fantastic, the environment was wonderful but our server was a bit scatterbrained and forgot drinks after being prompted. After asking about the refill on my iced tea we didn't see our server again. Our bill was roughly 70 dollars and they still added a charge to play the games and added an 18% gratuity to pay for awful service. Definitely will not be back.
