30 mins in drive thru is crazy for real.

Seriously? If you only take online orders and none onsite unlike any other Taco Bell, then it should be posted in multiple places before people waste their time waiting & getting stuck in line.

Pretty poor example of what a brand should be. Bad attitude from workers, store is usually sticky and unkempt, and the accuracy of orders is bleak. Someone needs to overhaul the whole place.

I ordered food thru the drive-thru. The lady was so rude and then I picked up my food and she didn’t even give me hot sauce mild sauce or any kind of sauce. This is the most rudest place I’ve ever been to.

This might be the worst Taco Bell location I've been to. After lots of second chances, they left out someone's burrito, and two people got empty crunch wraps with nothing in them except for lettuce and tomato. How does that even happen? Also we were given part of another customer's order too, so whoever that was wasn't having a good experience either.

I asked for 4 steak tacos and got a crib wrap 2 cheesy roll ups a classic stacked and a Cinnabon pack. Some may say that’s win but for having such a basic order with 1 person in line before you it shows flaws in there systems and processes that need fixed.
