The waiting time is crazy. Im almost 30 minutes in and still no sign of food . People here have been here from 21h to 22:07 before having food.

Horrible, the worst experience. You arrive at the window to pay and they serve you as if you were asking for gifts and for the smallest thing you have to leave and get back in line at the drive-thru, an eternal line.

Customer service was beyond inadequate… Bo one at the front to greet the customers or even explain it’s a wait or whatever the case may be.
We ordered using the kiosk and waited approximately 15 minutes for our order that was wrong, then had to wait an additional 10 minutes to get someone to help us get our order corrected plus more then 5 minutes after that.
The dining area was clean and stocked except for napkins that was the only thing missing, but the area behind the register where they were cooking and preparing food was dirty and unsanitary.
I myself will find another location to order from.

I just ordered the chicken chipotle melt, and it smelt and tasted rancid it taste bad like the chicken was bad

I'm writing to express my disappointment with the service I experienced at the Taco Bell store located at 3314 Steelyard Drive, Cleveland, Ohio 44109. Unfortunately, the staff's dishonesty and lack of accountability have led to a poor customer experience.
*Specific Issues:*
- *Order Preparation:* Customers' orders are not being prepared correctly, resulting in wasted time and frustration.
- *Communication with Delivery Drivers:* Staff members have been telling DoorDash drivers that orders are already picked up, even when they're not. This not only wastes the drivers' time but also affects the customers who have paid for their orders.
- *Staff Management:* The staff seems to be lacking control and oversight, leading to inconsistent and unacceptable service.
*Requested Resolution:*
I urge the management to take immediate action to address these issues by:
- *Retraining Staff:* Provide additional training to staff members on order preparation, communication, and customer service.
- *Improving Quality Control:* Implement quality control measures to ensure orders are prepared correctly and delivered to customers as expected.
- *Enhancing Staff Management:* Take steps to improve staff accountability and oversight to prevent such incidents in the future.

My friends and I were traveling, and stopped in the drive thru at june 15th at 2 am. After waiting in the line for around 25 minutes, when we got to the menu, the worker told us weren't aloud to order because it wasn't through door dash. So we had to continue to wait in line before leaving, and the worker flipped us off as we passed the window.
Mobile orders and DoorDash only at 12 when they close at 4 refused over 40 cars service due to this we placed a mobile order and it was cold and half assed I’m so unpleased

Almost every time I come to this Taco Bell to pick up a doordash order, they don't have it because the employees just hand out peoples orders to anyone who says they're there to pick up doordash. Can you please train your employees to actually give a sht and use some more discretion with doordash orders like maybe having the dasher show them the order on their phone and make sure they confirm it? Or perhaps do the absolute bare minimum and have them tell you the name of the order? like this is ridiculous, this happens way too much and i only have this problem with this location.
They messed up my order for 3 times.
