Extremely slow service. I used the drive-thru thinking it would be quick and convenient, but ended up waiting nearly 30 minutes for a basic order. There were only a few cars ahead of me, but the line barely moved. It felt like they were understaffed or just not organized. If you're in a rush or just don’t have the patience, I strongly recommend avoiding the drive-thru altogether. Definitely not the kind of experience you'd expect from a fast-food place.

I went through the drive-through at the W.117th Street (Cleveland, Ohio), location, and the lady, Santana K) took my order from the screen (it went silent, she told me to pull around). I pull around and she retakes my order at the window, I order a chicken chalupa and a steak chalupa, and she rings up a beef and chicken (I didn’t know until I get home). I get home and call the store and the manager (a guy) states there’s nothing he can do, so I let him know that I’ll just see if corporate can help me. I’d also like to note that she was disciplining the staff inside (told them to stop talking and focus in a bad tone).

On MULTIPLE occasions, they forget food items. You'll have to sit and go through your bags to make sure all your food is there otherwise you'll be disappointed when your get home. Only giving this place two stars because the food is still good.

I visited this location twice in the last two weeks and I waited in the drive thru lane for 35 and 55 minutes. I thought the first time was a fluke but then got stuck waiting for almost an hour the second time. Not going to risk it a third time.
WORST EXPERIENCE EVER !!! THIS LOCATION NEEDS TO BE REVAMPED !!! Let's start by the fact that I had to wait over 1 HOUR in the drive thru line, which included 15 minutes at the actual pickup window!!! The setup of the drive thru and parking lot make it impossible to leave even if you wanted to ~ so basically you are stuck!!! I spent $30.00 on pathetic toddler sized servings ... It would be amazing if the staff actually gave a crap about the quality of what they are serving you!!! Finally when I asked for a simple explanation for the extensive wait I received a blank stare!!! When I stated the least they could do was simply say "I'm sorry" for having to wait, the same dude stared at me like he had no idea what I was talking about?!?! That dude at the window showed no care in the world and that's unacceptable when you are in a customer service role!!!

Very rough if you go late night on a weekend. I put in a mobile order and sat in line for 45 minutes (which normally I wouldn't do but I already paid for it) and when I finally got to the speaker, the employee tried talking me into getting a refund saying they were only doing Uber eats and door dash. I told him id been waiting for almost an hour and he said "oh aight" and ended up getting me my order 20 mins later when I finally got to thr window. Which was incorrect btw. Cool that they do shows in the parking lot tho I guess.
