I called and a man answered and he yelled at me my DoorDash Wasn’t working and I asked if they were open bc it says there was a time difficulty and he responded He said it like “well then it’s not letting you order” 😡🤷🤷 can u guys believe it!! Foods fire though speaking of he should be fired

Went inside the taco bell placed my order and waited for a half an hour. Like a ten dollar order. There were others that came after me and they waited also a manager she came to front didn’t acknowledge us and started to count down the drawer. A customer said something to her. And she said back to him with an attitude would you like an application cause we don’t have enough people to do drive thru and counter. Well in my opinion don’t have both open if they can’t handle drive thru and dine in. And the manager should have been helping more then she was. If your team is struggling to get stuff done then you jump in and multi task. This place is the worst location ever. Will never go back.

Extremely slow service. I used the drive-thru thinking it would be quick and convenient, but ended up waiting nearly 30 minutes for a basic order. There were only a few cars ahead of me, but the line barely moved. It felt like they were understaffed or just not organized. If you're in a rush or just don’t have the patience, I strongly recommend avoiding the drive-thru altogether. Definitely not the kind of experience you'd expect from a fast-food place.

I went through the drive-through at the W.117th Street (Cleveland, Ohio), location, and the lady, Santana K) took my order from the screen (it went silent, she told me to pull around). I pull around and she retakes my order at the window, I order a chicken chalupa and a steak chalupa, and she rings up a beef and chicken (I didn’t know until I get home). I get home and call the store and the manager (a guy) states there’s nothing he can do, so I let him know that I’ll just see if corporate can help me. I’d also like to note that she was disciplining the staff inside (told them to stop talking and focus in a bad tone).

On MULTIPLE occasions, they forget food items. You'll have to sit and go through your bags to make sure all your food is there otherwise you'll be disappointed when your get home. Only giving this place two stars because the food is still good.
Don't even get me started on the ridiculous drive thru times....

I visited this location twice in the last two weeks and I waited in the drive thru lane for 35 and 55 minutes. I thought the first time was a fluke but then got stuck waiting for almost an hour the second time. Not going to risk it a third time.
