this by far is the worst taco bell i have been too in the united states. i just moved from chicago to cleveland back in 2023 and my first visit thru drive thru TERRIBLE a lady in the back was screaming at her cashier. my food still came out cold and before i left and i got my food a fight broke out in the kitchen. im still to this day waiting for my drink! 2/10 i dont recommend this place the east side location is wayy better btw.

I went in to order and l understand they are low staff but the attitude and being mean is uncalled for, it's every time, they kicked everyone out of the dining area and locked the doors right when there manager left, if you do not like your job find another one.

Rude manager. Flat soda, old fries, old burritos, and we returned a hard taco for the soft taco we asked for and it smelled like fish, like they pulled it out of the trash or something.
