If y’all going ti close 30 minutes early than fix your operation hours by 30 minutes, and i was there almost 2 hours earlier before closing time, they take forever to serve one car at the drive thru to the point where I started thinking they’re doing it on purpose so they don’t have to move their asses and make the food they make, waited all that time behind these cars and when it was finally my turns they closed the freaking line.

3/11/25 whoever is working the morning shift needs a talking to you’re supposed to be open at 8AM or I get there at 8:10 And after 20 minutes of just sitting there I had to leave because no one would take my order. Normally, I wouldn’t say anything, but this isn’t the first time that has happened not to mention some of the people on that shift have really bad attitudes

didn’t confirm who’s mobile order i was receiving, didn’t give me my food at first, left the drinks and then gave me the complete wrong drink and size. Order was placed for over 15 minutes and they had to ask if they even received it

So let me start by saying that I used to work for Taco Bell if I ran my store as a manager like this place I wouldn't have a job this by far is the worst Taco Bell now the app does suck because there's nobody to service you if there's an issue it's already comment and hope they respond to you so Taco Bell app for delivery really sucks has the worst night staff ever they never pick up their phone they cancel your orders in addition to that it takes 3 days to get a refund the managers don't care and obviously the general manager of the store is completely clueless because I've ordered three times the doordasher doesn't answer you can't contact Taco Bell through the app or life support so you have to rely on the store to pick up their phone and it ain't that busy at 1:30 in the morning it is so irritating so Taco Bell corporate your app it sucks it has no customer service whatsoever so in the store I really want to find out if it's a corporate or franchise I just want to go off

It's ridiculous it takes almost 2 hours! To make 2 mexican pizzas and I'm spending 30 dollars for this service. You'd think that you'd focus on delivery times more and how quick and accurate they be. I always get delays every time.

When the workers actually decide to take orders, I have yet to have one that was correct. Is this a national company?Because I feel this location only operates on the employee's time... whenever they feel like working. As a local trying to hope that one time this location will actually operate like a company on the hours stated, thank you for absolutely NOTHING. Moving out of this area soon. ✌️

They are never open when they say they are. Or are you waiting in line 40 minutes for cars back for them to just vanish. Or they are only doing Uber eats or DoorDash. This location used to be good, but they have totally sucked lately

Went to this Taco Bell yesterday It was nice because it was my first time The Wait was long because we Ordered a lot of food here are some foos that I we had Burrito Superme with no Tomato’s fries Taco Cinnabon Delights It was a great visit after all

Went for only 5 items, feel like I got someone else's complete order with cheaper value menu items. Tried calling no pick up. Went up there had a rude employee seeming mad at me like I made the order wrong. Finally got correct items but made horribly, and missing most of the meat and absolutely no sour cream on the items. I may never have taco bell again. Best Corp could do me is 5 dollars off 20 dollar purchase and expires in 2 days. So sad how bad the places I use to love turn out now these days.

Ordered about $30 worth of food and they had no beef, stated chicken is fine and they up charged me for chicken because they were out of beef. Went through drive through twice because they forgot to give me several items. Worst taco bell in history

Literally sat in the drive through for over 30 minutes. sat at the window waiting to be handed my food for 15. ridiculous. the cars in front of me left without their food. still waiting….wish me luck
