Went to order & was told that I needed exact change because they have none & I mentioned credit card & she said it’s been down a couple days?!? The person taking order wasn’t friendly & when we got our nacho fries not only were they ROCK HARD. I’m not exaggerating!! U could smack them on the dash board & they didn’t budge!!!! U could tell they were oil logged (I have worked in food industry so I know) - u shouldn’t be making them ahead of time & u only make the correct amount per order & most definitely don’t oil log them. Don’t send out food that you know you wouldn’t want to pay for & the person at window is last line of defense so she should be double checking bags & if it’s not exceptable then tell them to remake food. Ordered 3 orders of nacho fries & all were rock hard & couldn’t be eaten. Tried to call up there & of course no one answered ..

Went there Thursday they only accepted exact change only no credit card or anything else now at 145pm on a Saturday go there and sign they dont open till 2pm yet hrs on door say 8am. This location as nosed dived over the past 6 months always messing up orders now this

I just got the new steak& poblano roll quesadilla and it wasn't toasted and had so much sauce on it that it mess the whole thing up and then I got a avocado ranch crispy chicken soft taco and it was in a big tortilla wrap and grill, definitely made wrong and they forgot my crispy potatoes man they need to make sure the ppl they hire know what they doing and get the order right very disappointed 😞

dining room always closed, minimum 30 minute wait time for every car in the drive thru, staff pretty much always in the closed dining room on their phone, at least the food comes out eventually

I placed an order online. Got to the order window and said hello no one responded for probably 5 mins and when they did they said the grill is down nothing is working(more like the employees aren't working). It wouldn't let me cancel my order on my side because they already checked me in. I told them to cancel on their side. Then they were rude about it saying if it's not working on my side what makes me think they can cancel it on their side. I'm never ordering at this location again. You need to fire those employees and try some new ones with a few working brain cells.
