I went inside to place my order. Young people were in the back preparing food, and talking to each other as though they were in the comfort of their own homes. The atmosphere felt unprofessional. I did not feel comfortable having my food prepared by such slack employees. I just felt that they did not care at all about the job that they were doing. I've had unpleasant experiences at this Taco Bell before, but most times, I had gone through the drive through. Now that I have been inside and experienced 1st hand, how the employees are free to be relaxed and unprofessional, I will not be returning to the Taco Bell on Lee Road. Which is unfortunate for me, because it's the closest Taco Bell to me.

Ordered from this place, my order came like this also paid for my drinks and I didn’t receive them. I also ordered light tomato’s in my Crunchwrap when I first bit into it all I tasted was tomato’s. I can say I’ve worked at a Taco Bell and I have never made someone’s order like this 😭.

Had a grub hub order at nine fifty three still sitting here at ten thirty...... Not happy!!! Had to pull around and also was treated VERY

I just left there about 30 minutes ago the lady was rude and slammed the door on me before I could ask for sauce and then ignored the fact that I was trying to get her attention . Food wasn’t worth that type of disrespect !! I’m telling all my people not to support this location
