Looking at all the other reviews, I wonder if we just came at the wrong time or if new management/staff took over recently…but from the moment we walked in the atmosphere and vibes were super awkward and weird. Had to walk all the way to the back as there was no hostess that greeted/helped us. The cook had to tell us what to do and where to go. There was maybe one table that could fit a bigger party, but most of the seating was for parties of four or smaller. Once we got to the back of the bar, it took about 5 mins to get helped and sat. Keep in mind there was no one else there except maybe 2 people. Once we ordered off the menus we saw online (because our waitress/bartender only gave our group of 5 one menu) the waitress gave us crazy looks like she had no idea what we were talking about. We showed her the menu and said that menu wasn’t Tailgates…even though it was the same logo, location, etc. very weird but it was fine. We ordered, got our food, and it came in Togo boxes which was weird but again it was fine. The Philly cheesesteak was okay, burgers were not great, but the chicken “boneless wings” were delicious! Staff were nice but seemed to get unfocused often with their friends that were there. Overall it wasn’t terrible, but probably won’t be coming back.

My first visit, The food and service was EVERYTHING!! After walking around trying to find a spot to eat (that was closed), we ended up at Tailgate! Frank was at the door welcoming us in, Dominique was at the bar (I was impressed by her serving technique and i only ordered a beer). They took great care of us!Turkey Ribs honey lemon pepper style ?Only had BBQ turkey ribs one other time in Atl. I now have to come back to Tailgate everytime I visit Cleveland.Oh my other party said the wings was hittin!UPDATE - 4TH order of turkey ribs this week. It's Thursday, first visit was Saturday. Chef Quinn had been putting it down everytime!

In from our of town and ate here before the cavs game 3/29. Food was good but I have to agree with other reviews that the wings are very small, esp at $15/doz. Fries we're great. Staff was extremely friendly and helpful. One weird thing was we had 4 Miller light drafts with the wings and our bill showed $32 for the 4 beers. That's more than the $30 for 24 wings. I didn't mention it at the time but won't be back if American drafts are $8. After the game we went to an nice bar down the street and American beers were $4.50

2 bartenders working their butts off and one stayed serving I guess her friends and or boyfriend for 2 hours. They ran out of bottled beers and came back with a total of 6 12 packs for a 100 plus people. There are only 2 bathrooms for all these people. Mens bathroom door did not have a lock so if someone comes in everyone can see you using the damn bathroom. Faucet barely worked to wash hands, no paper towels even after I told staff hour later still no paper towels and soap looked like water. There was over an hour wait for food, friends, family and kids behind bar playing and laughing. It's ur establishment and can do what u like, but very unprofessional. Keep it..not going back. Fries were good though.

I went in Dec 13th, on a Wednesday, the wings were amazing, the sauce was soooo good! went in again on the 27th the sauce for the same wings I got before was totally different. I’m not sure I’ll go back again unless I know the sauce will be consistent!

Aja, and Bri were fantastic! They have great personalities, and were very accommodating. We went there to watch the Buffalo Bills game. My girlfriend wanted a hard cider, and also a diet soda. They were out, so Bri went to the store and bought some for her. I highly recommend this place!

Service is weird. Prices can be inconsistent. Restaurant might be completely dead (literally zero people inside) but nobody will answer the phone. The food is usually good but you'll be waiting for a good 30-50mins (which is why I try to call ahead but get no answer).PS. If you get a wing that looks like it's from a chicken that didn't even leave the egg, please send me a photo... I'm making an art piece out of them.
