Hey Taps &Tails Thanks for ruining my trip to Cleveland after calling your facility and getting all required documents to visit for the day and so excited to let my dog play , we drove there 1 hour away to find it was not in a very nice neighborhood and when I went in to register my dog the smell of urine about knocked me over , I can't believe you serve food indoors, but was still willing to give it a try and stand outside , then when registering my dog for over 20 min you finally tell me she is not allowed because she is not spayed why do you think it is acceptable to have someone drive so far then be told this plus what does a owners choice letting a dog play if they are well behaved thanks for nothing I will not RECCOMEND this place to anyone

Sabrina had her first visit today. She was welcomed. The staff was great in monitoring the dogs at the park. The food and drink was great too!
Can’t wait to celebrate Sabrina’s birthday in August and will definitely be back!
It’s worth the drive from Toledo, Ohio.

It was my first time in this establishment and they made me feel so welcome. They were all very well informed. They have excellent customer service. If they don't know they find someone who does. This was one of my favorite new places to visit. Definitely will be going back.

Why do dogs over 6 months have to be spayed or neutered? You do realize some breeds, namely larger breeds, are harmed by that?
No safe guards if, when, two dogs don't get along either. I'd not recommend this set up ever

I was traveling to Cleveland for a week and didn't want to leave my pup crated during the day. I heard great things about Taps and Tails and was lucky that they had availability for Jaxx to spend a couple days with new furiends for daycare. Make sure your dog has all the required vaccines and a good temperament. Jaxx appears to have had the best time and seemed excited to return the next day! I also spent some time hanging with some coworkers after work while the dogs played. Loved knowing that Jaxx had a good day AND that I had a chance to grab a drink after work without having to stress about Jaxx being "home" alone. Wish we had one of these back home. Will definitely visit again the next time we're in town. 😊

Free to get in for humans, it does cost for dogs but what I seen, it's worth it, it makes me want to get a dog again..lol

As said in other reviews: the park itself is great, but ownership is awful. If you ever have a situation arise that needs attention from ownership, odds are that Eric will be dismissive, degrading, and rude, even towards loyal customers.
I have no faith that T&T ownership would attempt to make things right with a disappointed or frustrated customer, which is sad, since many people love to take their dogs there.
EDIT: Eric, I have already attempted to have transparent conversations with you in the past, in which you had the chance to show concern for me, who used to be a loyal customer, but did not.
With that being said, I have chosen to remain anonymous because I do not feel comfortable posting with my name because of our past interactions, yet, it is important to inform potential customers.
Also, to threaten to report because of one negative review, and above that to threaten an investigation into other google accounts on that basis is absurd. I am not harassing, I simply posted an accurate review of my experience at T&T.
To those still reading, please read Eric's reply to understand how my first comment is true.

This is our favorite place to take our dog. We drop him off for daycare frequently and bring him for playtime over weekends on occasion. The staff is super friendly and works hard to keep the pups happy and healthy.
Bear in mind that some of the vaccinations they require are not in the default regimen for some vets. Your vet should be able to get all of the vaccinations without issue, but you may want to bring the list of vaccines to the vet to ensure each one gets covered.

We crashed a golden retriever, meet up and had a great time. They have several staff members watching the dogs to make sure there’s no squabbles. Wish I lived closer or I would be there five days a week!
