I enjoy the foof, but if your carrying something on your way out the hand rail i is poor along with the slab of concrete I feel un balanced I wish they would improve that maybe upgrade that.

Got hung up on 3 times before even speaking with someone. "Homemade Italian dressing" looked like pink lemonade and but with more water. Nothing was packaged well and the dd driver waiting 20 min for our food.
Update: I will clarify because you want to assume I gave you a one-star review because I had to wait 20 extra minutes for a pizza. I remember Teresa's pizza being amazing, The pizza was fluffy delicious, the cheese was cooked nicely, salads crisp and dressing flavorful and there was good service. For the record I gave the food two stars service one star. I'm not sure why I didn't get a "sorry about your experience response" like you gave so many other one star reviews but it's clear we both want me to take my business elsewhere.

6/21/2024 I will never go here on a Friday evening again. 1st of all, it was hotter in there than it was outside. 2nd of all, the young lady told me 4 more minutes on my order, then she proceeded to tell the 5 people behind me the same thing. I'm no mathematician, but I knew that didn't add up. So, 17 minutes later, I ask for an update. Again, 4 minutes. I asked if she was sure cause the last time she told me 4 minutes 17 minutes ago. ? Finally, I received my order. I ordered a pepperoni pizza and cheesy bread. The pizza was amazing. The cheesy bread was trash ? I'll definitely return for the pizza, but maybe on a Tuesday or something or not at all. I'm big on good service. While the young lady was nice, her standard answer of 4 minutes to everyone was recklessly faulty. It's too hot to play those games! To be clear, waiting was not the issue. Being told 4 minutes when it was clearly 20++ minutes is where my issue lies. May 2024:This is easily my new favorite pizza place. 1st, my old fave changed pepperonis, so I was forced to find a new spot. I'm sharing this story with the guy at Teresa's, and he tells me people always compare them to my former favorite. Except, Teresa's is better! Well, obviously, I don't believe him, and I think he's just blowing smoke. I digress. I ordered. OMG, it is delicious! My guy didn't lie. As a matter of fact, he under-sold his pizza. I'm a regular now. I regret not having pics. But if there's a review to trust, this is it! Go! Order! Now!

Hi I work for the Cleveland clinic Hillcrest on Mayfield rd and me and my coworkers have had multiple bad experiences with the Mayfield location we were given a credit 2 weeks ago for the wings not being cooked well enough and to salty so yesterday we called in advance for a order to be delivered today at 12pm which is our lunch time that is only is 30min we didn't get our food until 1:05pm and my coworker called them at 11:45am to make sure they would be here at 12pm and they said 12:15 and we said ok then she called again at 12:30 and they said it was just coming out of the oven our lunch was over at this time we didn't get an apology or anything we will mot be ordering anything else from this location customer service is everything and they are very unprofessional and the manager always has an excuse for everything y'all suck?
