After reading reviews I was hoping for something much better! It might have been the worst thai food I ever had.The crab rangoons are awful, obviously frozen, the shell should be light and crispy, these were tough and hard. The soup was ok.The pineapple fried rice was greasy and tasteless. Seriously lacking flavor and barely any chicken. The hot tea was lukewarm. My server and the staff were lovely and the prices are very reasonable, but not when the food is this poorly done.

We sat 45 mins waiting. Once food was served it was blend and lacking flavor. The items was served staggered, it was a catastrophe, to add insult the owner was less then professional!

In town for 3 days, ate here twice. Would have been 3, but didn't find it til the 2nd day! Food was great, best wonton soup i have had. Ordered take-out twice, ready early both times. If in town again, or even close, will be returning!

We had a business meeting and needed a quiet spot to talk and work. The service was outstanding, food was equally great.

Dee answered the phone and she was an absolute DEElight. Amazing customer service and hospitality on her end. A great experience overall.

I almost never care enough to leave reviews. But, this place was beyond disappointing. Actually, it was quite disgusting. The basil chicken had not one spec of basil and was more like a bowl full of soy sauce with a few veggies. The Chieng Mai chicken was literally any other Chinese restaurant's to-go Moo Goo Gai pan with a few raw bamboo shoots added. Not even half of either dinner could be stomached before asking for the bill to get out ASAP. Only recommend this restaurant to people you dislike.

I have tried most of the Thai restaurants in the immediate cleveland area. I wouldn’t consider this amongst them as the pad Thai and green curry dishes were largely flavorless and were weak versions not resembling any authentic dish. Tom Yum soup was good.

I ordered the General Tso chicken and 2 eggs rolls. The chicken was heavily breaded and very dry and overcooked. It wasn’t spicy and the chicken tasted old. The entire meal was a disappointment! This was my first and last time.

Order incomplete. Ordered appetizer and Orange Chicken which was supposed to come with White Rice. Got back to hotel to find out there is no rice to go with the entree. Not worth going back for rice. Accuracy is not their strong point.

Food is good. Servings are good. Ambience is cozy and warm. Loved it. The only issue is that they're clearly under-staffed. At least the night I dined in. I ordered Shrimp Puffs. Loved them. And Pad Sew with Shrimp instead of chicken or beef. It was quite fulfilling but it can use some extra teriyaki sauce, though it had a very yummyafter taste. I love the place, but they can definitely use more helping hands. That would make it really gooooood.Parking: Strip mall with plenty of Parking.

I felt like giving 2 stars just because the food looks good in the pictures here lol. Didn't have a chance to taste their food. Walked in for lunch just to see a dark restaurant, dimmed lights (maybe their electricity bills are high), all tables and chairs so scrambled that leave just a small path to walk in between and you can hit anyone who's dining in. 3 guys were waiting for pick up orders and it seemed like only 1 person worked there so everyone had to wait. After 10 minutes, still no greetings or seating and we walked out. One of a few that are totally unwelcoming. Maybe this location only focuses on take out and not much about dine in experience.
