Aviator Cleveland hosted our annual Costco strongsville holiday party. They did such an amazing job. The food was wonderful. The staff was accommodating and when out of their way to make the night as comfortable as possible. As the host and the head of our employee club, I usually have to stand at the front door and greet everyone for an hour and a half but they were nice enough to take on that responsibility. I truly hate leaving negative reviews because I know how hard small businesses work, but this was by far one of the worst dining experiences I’ve had in a very long time.
The service was extremely slow and inattentive from the start. Our drinks took forever and were poorly made. The food was even more disappointing — cold, poorly prepared, and not at all worth the wait. Food wasn't bad, the desserts were lacking.. but I am posting a review in regards to the service. Assuming she was a manager- but she was snarky and rude. Granted I messed up my reservation by adding one 12 year old child to it, her attitude ruined the experience before I could enjoy the ambience. Whenever I make reservations, I never include the 1 year old as a seated dinner- instead I add a comment in the notes.
