I tried Roaming Biscuit in Hingetown for the first time a couple of weeks ago, and immediately fell in love with it! I tried their OG and it was exactly what I needed. I went back a few days later for their BBQ Chicken Biscuit, and my mind was blown. Paired with a Rising Star Coffee from across the street, and I was in heaven! Highly recommend, and hope they continue their great work. Excited to go back!

The service is excellent! , the staff is very nice and attentive, they made me feel like a valued customer. I ordered the brisket biscuit which was really good. I also ordered the biscuit mix and owner explained to me what she used to make it vegan and I really appreciate that because she didn't have to. I will definitely be back and wish them continued success.

when I bit into my sandwich I started smiling ear to ear. Best breakfast sandwich I’ve ever had. Pimiento cheese is EVERYTHING. Bacon is thick cut and perfectly cooked. Biscuit is like a buttery cloud. I am going to crave this every day now.

The Bake Shop, a.k.a. the Roaming Biscuit, is an excellent takeout breakfast spot with a great vibe. Although primarily takeout, there is a small wood paneled room next to the counter area with a scattering of tables and chairs where you can enjoy your takeout. The menu is small, but the biscuit breakfast sandwiches are scratch-made. Today, I had the brisket breakfast sandwich. The brisket was tender and every bite was buttery and melt in your mouth delicious. It takes a little effort to find them, but for me that is part of the adventure. The Bake Shop counter is at the end of the first floor hallway in the old Tyler Elevator building which now goes by Tyler Village. Enter through the heavy brass doors, facing Superior Avenue and go up the stairs to the main lobby and turn left.

Always good vibes no attitude and the food is the bomb! Honestly I can’t really go wrong with any of there menu.I tried there blue plate special and omg it had greens, fried Mac n cheese ,brisket and wouldn’t be complete without the biscuit lol that special was so good I think I’m going back to get another for dinner sorry the long review just shocked how good the people are and the food.

I must say the service here was incredible. The two young ladies that were working made this experience 10/10. In a world where customer service has gone down hill. This company has done an excellent job at providing top-notch customer service.I tried the OG-Sammie (Bacon, Egg and Cheese On Biscuit) the sandwich was amazing.Also I tried the Fried Chicken On Biscuit (Fried Chicken, Scallion, Biscuit with Zesty Mayo and Arugula. I opted out on not having the green tomato. But this sandwich was phenomenal.I definitely can’t wait to go back!Parking: You can find parking right behind the restaurant.

This place is in a cool old building and the people are great, but the food is absolutely outstanding and I highly recommend the boxed lunch with either the turkey club OR the chicken curry sandwich on HOUSE MADE NAAN!! soooo very scrumptious! Also the blueberry lemonade is delicious!
