I stayed here at the hotel for almost a week and had lunch or dinner here everyday! The food was great and the service was fantastic. Adam, Mike and Valerie were very attentive and warm.

As always, the brunch buffet was delicious! The staff was attentive and friendly, and the holiday decorations made for an enjoyable meal!

Life Diary

Entree took too long when there are only 2 tables in the restaurant. My server is gone somewhere, then I have to ask about my entree with other server.
I get roasted trout, it smells bad when I taste it at first bite so I changed to roasted half chicken.
The roasted chicken is not good as well. Chicken is so plain and the fried stuff that comes with it is horrible.
I'm so disappointed on food and service here.
It's gonna be my first and last time at this restaurant.

Horrible breakfast service from the tall red haired waiter. He was rude to us as soon as we sat down and rushed the entire experience. We can always tell when automatic gratuity is included on breakfast coupons at a Hilton hotel.

Unfortunately, even though there was only 7 tables with people the waiter said the kitchen was backed up and the buffet was the only option. The buffet had minimal items and nothing had been replenished, the food was cold and old. So the food experience was not the greatest. The loudness wass good with the minimal attendance, the latte was great, and the waiter was good. The price was supposed to be discounted from being a gold status member and having a food and beverage credit. But the final bill from the hotel did not reflect.

I had lunch at Burnham Restaurant in Cleveland, and it turned out to be a really pleasant surprise. From start to finish, the experience was relaxed, the food was delicious, and the service was excellent.

I started with the crispy Brussels sprouts, and they were absolutely to die for — perfectly roasted, crisp on the edges, and seasoned just right. Easily one of the best versions I’ve had anywhere. For my entrée, I ordered the roasted trout, and it was delightful — beautifully cooked, tender, and flavorful without being heavy. The presentation was elegant, and the ingredients tasted fresh and well-balanced.

The customer service was great. The staff was warm, attentive, and friendly without being overbearing. Everything came out at the right pace, and it was clear the team takes pride in offering a good dining experience.

When we went for lunch on a Tuesday, we were actually the only patrons in the restaurant, which was surprising given how good the food was. That made the space feel calm and almost private — a nice change from the usual lunchtime rush. You can tell the restaurant has the potential for a really dope vibe when it’s busier — the layout, lighting, and design all suggest it would be a great spot for a lively dinner or evening out.

Overall, Burnham Restaurant is a hidden gem that deserves more attention. The food is fantastic, the service is spot-on, and the atmosphere has a lot of promise. I’d absolutely go back — especially for those Brussels sprouts.

Solid breakfast options and good service. Nice place to sit and eat breakfast before you begin your day. We both got chicken and waffles and we loved it! Fresh fried chicken and they gave REAL MAPLE SYRUP (you’d think that’d be the bare minimum at other breakfast restaurants but you’d be disappointingly surprised). Overall, this place was a great experience and this hotel as a whole was a stay we’d never forget.

Brunch on Cleveland Browns Sunday. 1-you need a reservation, highly recommended. 2-get there before 10:30 am if you want to order off the menu, after 10:31 buffet only is your option. 3- be patient, understaffed, Browns Sunday always packed. 4- food is good 5- cocktails take a long time to come to the table, need another bartender also

Breakfast was good. Thank you!
Buffet $26 per person inclusive of juice, coffee and per order eggs or omelets. Good deal!
Service was also good.

Our waitress was phenomenal. I would give her 5 stars. The menu is very limited. Meatballs had a weird taste. Didn’t have a simple salad. No burger unless ordering from the children's menu. $130 for 2 adults 1 child.

Visited here on a whim. Was not staying at the hotel, but simply out in the area and we stopped for a very simple meal. The service was great, but the options were limited for breakfast (we didn’t get the buffet)

However, what we DID get was simply amazing!

We shared the challah French toast and had a few drinks including their mimosa (which was equally amazing!)

We enjoyed ourselves so much that we are now planning to book a room for a weekend just to have an excuse to go back!

Our server was very friendly and attentive, but food was nothing special, IMO. The walleye dish was odd, served crispy rather than the usual baked or broiled. The meatballs were standard fare, again, nothing special. Overall, the menu was rather limited in choices.

Staff is amazing. The level off service you would expect at a hilton main restaurant.
The food is just OK, however. Best thing on the menu so far is the burger.
Even the fish was bland.
And as expected, way too expensive for what you get be ause of being attached to the hotel.
If you cant get out of the hotel, its a good option. But take a ride to local restaurant.
But make sure you take a ride. It's definitely not walking territory, unless you're comfortable in a DMZ.

The service was very slow with no other tables in the restaurant. Drinks took over 25 minutes to come to the table, and my salad ordered without croutons, came with croutons served to me by another person who then had it remade before our drinks had arrived. Definitely a bad experience considering its in the Hilton. Still tipped appropriately but definitely could use a retrain
