The food is great every time I go.
Delicious!! Enjoyed every bite. I will get a side of macncheese next time. That was extra delicious!!
I ordered through door dash,my time trying this place and I am very pleased with the flavor of their food, callaloo was to mushy for me,other than that I'm definitely going to check this place out on the inside.
Incredible flavors. I'm so glad I came here. Got two different jerk chickens, one wings one thighs, both were incredible. These are absolutely authentic flavors nearly impossible to re create. I feel the love in the food. Oh and the Mac and cheese and callaloo was so delicious!! We will be back and I will be reccomending!
Food was great! Service was polite and efficient. Good experience, I'll return there.
If you haven’t made your way to Callaloo Cafe on Lee road I suggest you do. Amazing Trini home cooking. Owner Kelvin is so sweet , bringing Caribbean vibes to Cleveland Heights. Never had a bad dish from there. So many vegan and vegetarian options available. Plus he stays open late until 1am.
Literally amazing food!! My fiancé and I got the jerk chicken with the eggplant and callaloo and the goat curry with the cabbage and callaloo! Everything was so flavorful and delicious! I have never had Trinidadian food before, and after this experience, I am definitely going back! Also, Chef Kelvin was a delight, and the service was 10/10!
Whenever we have had Callaloo Cafe, we have always been so pleased with our food. The flavor and heat are our favorite part. We love the smell of the chicken cooking on the grill. Whenever the gentleman is outside cooking, he is always so friendly and happy.
The bomb! Good music, great food, what else do I need to say!
Amazing food!!! Truly authentic 🇹🇹. Will come back again!

One of my most favorite restaurants to visit. Everything on the menu is amazing. It is simply the best
Fantastic if you like Trinidad and Toboggan food! Would recommend
Went with a friend who has a Trinidadian friend.
The menu seemed limited, but the options, below ("Which dishes do you recommend?"), suggests I didn't understand it. Tofu & goat are two of the offered proteins.
$4 for their bottled/tropical drinks is, IMO, gouging.
I got the chicken quesadilla, not at all greasy but not sure I liked the pineapple ingredient.
Kelvin (owner, I think) was super friendly & animated - he was making Jerk Chicken on a grill outside.

First time visiting Calilu.
It was bright and clean and welcoming. The service was great. The food was okay except the mac&cheese was the worst I've ever had in my life. It tastes like warmed up macaroni salad- it had a weird sweet/vinegar taste. Green beans had a tough texture. Even after reboiling them when I got home , they still were not tender.
I don't know if I will go back. I still prefer irie jamaican kitchen over them.

Wonderful owner very pleasant- food was a bit sweeter for me but I’m used to Jamaican food not Caribbean- so that’s no fault to them - a bit pricey but at the same time hardy portions- overall we really enjoyed our food
