Staff was great and the food was very good. It was pre theater so it was early so I can't comment on the general noise level but it was good when we were there. It's a place we go back to sometimes before Playhouse Square.

Outstandingly remarkable experience, as usual. We've been to a number of what's considered the top restaurants in Cleveland, and I have zero qualms putting The Centro at #1. The Chilean sea bass is simply divine. Cannot possibly recommend any higher.

Ambiance was very nice & the service was great. The lobster arancini appetizer was delicious! The salads were very fresh and delicious as well. However, the entrees were just ok. The bone-in filet was fatty, not as tender as you would expect a filet should be and the chilean sea bass had a nice top crust but overall was a bit mushy with not much flavor. Very pricey for the quality, 1 appetizer, 2 entrees, 3 salads, 1 cocktail & 1 glass of wine $250.

One of the worst experiences I've ever had. Took 20 minutes to get water. Finally got a bottle of wine for $47. $18.99 at the store. After getting our wine, we went another 10 minutes without being visited by a server. The service was so bad, I made a reservation at a different restaurant while sitting at the table. I told the hostess that we were leaving because the service was so bad. She was kind enough to comp our bottle of wine. But I would still never go back, nor recommend anyone ever come here

We went to Centro before a Cavs game. The parking was very tricky as the valet was not helpful to direct people into the area to do valet. We had a reservation and our table was ready on time. Our waiter came over a while after being seated and was very friendly and wanted to be helpful in what to order. He left and came back sometime later. We ordered drinks which took along time to get our drinks and one drink order was wrong and the drink came much longer. He did not come back to see if we needed anything until after along time once the food finally came. Our appetizers came as the same time as everything else. Food was good .

I love this place (well used to ) me and my husband come all the time as we live in the building connected to the restaurant. Last night 10/17 we had an unusual server he was new . I knew something was off with the way addressed us. Our order was mixed up he even walked away in the middle of me speaking . The unbelievable icing on the cake was COKE falling out of his pocket.

We have been to the Centro before and I just remember the meal being better last time. The lobster Ravoli seemed very doughy and dense that was all you could taste when eating the dish not the lobster itself. The presentation of the Chicken Parmigana was fantastic and a unique experience but again the pasta had a different taste to it that was not to our liking. We will give the Centro a try again but this time the experience was a little disappointing with the pasta.

We came for an early anniversary dinner since we were in town. Maurice was very attentive and congenial as our waiter. I would highly recommend the Seafood Bucatini: spicy without being over the top and the mussels were flavorful and cooked perfectly. We also enjoyed the carpaccio and sweet basil salad and were treated to a delightfully light cheesecake for dessert. Be alert that the lobster bisque is tasty but quite peppery. If we have the chance, we’ll gladly return!

Celebrated anniversary here. Nice touch to have quite booth and anniversary card from the establishment. We started off with drinks from the bar which were very delicious. The rack of lamb with mac and cheese side dish, and the braised short ribs were very tender and tasty. Our waitress Josie provided excellent service. After dinner we received a scrumptious dessert. Lovely evening. I would definitely recommend this restaurant.
