There's no place to sit down in here but at the end of the day the people are pleasant and nice. Coffee is a little burnt tasting but it's very Starbucks like. The sandwich meaning bagel was solid overall with the bacon egg and cheese but a little dry good choice overall

Wonderful fresh bagels made into delicious sandwiches. Husband loved the lox on a toasted everything bagel with dill/red onion schmear, daughter loved the bacon/egg/cheddar on plain toasted bagel, I loved the Veggie spicy hummus one on a toasted rosemary bagel. We went there often during our stay in Ohio City. The staff were so friendly and personable. Will return on our next visit!

Just stopped by this morning around 11:30 and got a bacon egg and cheese and a BLTO, the bacon egg and cheese was correct, but the BLTO was nit they just gave me a everything bagel with schemer, so I paid $4-$5 extra to get a $2 bagel with cream cheese so pretty disappointing. The cashier also didn't ring in the food properly at the beginning and I had to correct her. So overall they could use more attention to detail here. Not sure if I'll be back after this many issues in one stop even if the bagels are yummy :/

Amazing bagels and schmears. I especially enjoy rosemary bagels with horseradish cream cheese. I ordered a dozen and only 11 made it home…had to gobble a warm one in the car!

Great bagel, always busy and there is usually a wait. I tried to order online for pickup, would have been quicker to just wait in the line to order.

amazing fresh bagels and breakfast sandwiches! i was visiting cleveland from out of town and i'll make a point to return next time i'm in the city...please open up a shop in pittsburgh haha.

Very good place

Charged me over $3 for a random 8oz orange juice. It isn’t even the same one advertised on their menu. Disrespectful. And my double bacon egg and cheese bagels were rock hard. Won’t be eating here again at ALL.

The bagels and sandwiches are very good and the staff are courteous and professional.
