Went through the drive thru young man had his ass on the drive thru window for at least 10-15 seconds and then lady put food where he had his ass on the window.not going back ✌🏼✌🏼

Fries were slightly undercooked and soft.. Strips were slim for the price they charge.. $12 for 3 meal .. and the also were soft not crispy at all.. the skin falls off. Other meal was supposed to be a chicken sandwich but received a wrap instead… my bf was upset but I kind wanted to trade 😂 that looked good.. but 6/10

Took my wife to your place today and she absolutely loved it. I've eaten there before and told her it was good. Of course that was 3 years ago but it hasn't changed a bit. I just wish you weren't 1 hour away. We will be back some day. 5 stars 2 thumbs up from us

Heard that their Fingers were good, and that was an understatement. BEST Chicken fingers I have ever had. Awesome seasoning and great breading. Sauces (House and Buffalo) were both fantastic. If you like Chicken Fingers, this is THE place to go.

Run, don’t walk to The Crispy Chick! I saw this on a morning news program sometime back and added to my list to try. Might be the best chicken I’ve ever had! Location is easy to find, restaurant is clean and staff was very friendly. So, so good. We will be back! My only complaint was the coleslaw. Albeit delicious, the portion size was literally one bite. It came in a plastic container that was more of a sauce cup! Probably just an employee error so, not upset by it at all, just hope that’s not the norm.
Best chicken place in all of Cleveland. Chicken and sauce are (or at least taste) handmade in the restaurant, so delicious! Amazing homemade seasoning on the chicken and fries. Good homemade slaw. Everything tasted perfect as usual. Employees are kind and quick and service was great. Been coming here for many months now and will continue to do so! I’m trying to get all my family and friends to try this place!
