I went in today to grab dinner & as always the experience was amazing. The ladies that worked tonight were freaking phenomenal. It’s always a pleasure to go into an establishment & know you are being taken care of from start to finish. Because the experience was amazing I wanted to tip the ladies, but unfortunately there was no way for me to do so. Wish there was an option or a jar available for those moments when the customer service & is excellent! Thank you to those ladies for such an amazing experience

Some of the best tendies in the Cleveland area. Service was quick and friendly. Sides were delicious. My only complaint is that there isn’t a location closer to my house. Will definitely be back. Worth the extra trip.

Had a little bit of a wait but it was because of people not showing up for work. The team that did show up definitely was doing their best and got it right! Good, fresh chicken tenders and the sauce and seasonings were on point!

Always my go to for chicken tenders when in Cleveland. They are always fresh and the sauces are delicious. Tenders dropped fresh for your order so no old chicken being served here! The staff are machines and they take pride in their food. Never a bad experience.

I was there to pick up a delivery, I was over looked, although I didn't mind. I didn't mind because I saw the manager training and doing a great job. However the workers weren't focused and I ended up waiting 20 minutes for the order. As I waited 4 other orders were being prepared and given to the patrons before me. Management isn't a problem nor the workers. They seemed as if this is their first job. Environment was great and customer service was ok. If I can give advice, if you're customer is waiting more than 8 minutes to pick up an order, offer a drink or something to keep positive energy growing.

AMAZING black-owned restaurant that puts Canes tenders to SHAME!! Had the chicken wrap, fries, cole slaw & house sauce. Damn DELISH & huge portions! Could only eat half of my wrap! Thank you so much Crispy Chick! Imma BELIEVER now & certainly will be back!
