This is my favorite place to go any night of the week. The service is amazing, the bartenders are so sweet and attentive, and there's so much space. It's a great place to just hangout.

I just wanted to give a huge shout out to Tamra, our server. She was amazing. She was so friendly, checked our table multiple times, made great recs from the menu, and made our evening out super pleasant. The food was delicious as well! Our party enjoyed everything. Specifically the Whipped Feta, Truffle Fries, Classic Cheeseburger (asked for 2 cheeses: Pepperjack and Cheddar), and the Fried Ice Cream! The atmosphere was great (we ate outside) and it wasn't loud or crowded.

Just a little too dark inside the establishment, but, nice bar maids and the greeters are always amazing. Variety is everything and this place has it, but subtle. Thanks Fairmount for a great evening.

Terrible fish & chips...over cooked (burnt) and the fries were over cooked and soggy. Salmon was equally bad and martinis served without an olive or any garnish. Great menu, poorly executed. The atmosphere was welcoming. We'll go back, but just for a beer and maybe conversation.

Beautiful setting. I went in the evening. Ordered a drink a club sandwich. Food and drinks were absolutely incredible. Everything made from scratch including their specialty cocktails. I was beyond pleased

Just held our wedding reception here in the private rooms in the back. Cannot recommend enough for a moderately sized gathering. Had our own entrance and bar area. Plenty of room for a group of ~50.
The manager, Jerome, has been in contact with us for a few months as we planned making sure along the way that we were comfortable and confident with the choices we were making on the buffet menu. We had PLENTY of food. He made sure to take note of all the allergies we knew would be present (there were many) and also accommodated for the handful of vegans that were all there. Jerome specifically was wonderful and present for the whole evening making sure that we had everything that we needed. He also accommodated us when we brought in some small decorations and outside dessert.
As for my favorite part - the cocktails were SO GOOD. Every drink we had was delicious and I can't wait to return for a regular dinner or cocktail hour with my husband or friends!

Had a wonderful time on the patio this Saturday evening.
Our food was phenomenal, our service was terrific, and the drinks were out of this world.
I recommend their house burger with truffle fries and their “Banana Boat” cocktail. However, everyone’s food and drinks at the table looked to be stellar.
Bravo!
Great experience- highly recommend! We had a group of 12 for a work dinner this week. Everything from making the res to the service to the food was outstanding. They even kindly accommodated moving us from the patio to inside because it was so hot. This place always does it well and it doesn't matter if you're 2 people at the bar or a large party. Thank you Fairmount for making our work dinner perfect.

I really like the Fairmont and the wife and I go quite frequently, but the last visit really soured us. We made a reservation weeks ago for our tenth anniversary on a Thursday night. Requested a nice table and all that. Got there and they didn't have a table for us and had us sit at the bar. Huge let down when you specifically make a request for your ten year anniversary. We ended up just leaving disappointed, and going elsewhere.
I rarely leave negative reviews, but my visit to Fairmount Cocktail Bar was truly disappointing. I ordered the fish and chips, and to say it was a letdown would be an understatement. The fries were cold, soggy, and tasted like they had been sitting out for far too long — they should’ve been tossed, not served. The fish itself was bland and greasy with no crispness whatsoever.
We also tried the salmon summer salad, and unfortunately, that was no better. The salmon tasted dry and old, like it had been reheated or left under a heat lamp.
To top it off, our server seemed disengaged and uninterested in the fact that the food was clearly subpar. Service felt rushed and inattentive.
With so many great dining options around, I doubt I’ll be back.
Nice environment but a lil pricy...I would visit again.
One of the worst restaurant experiences in Cleveland to date. We put our name in at the outdoor patio, and it said on the app 0 minutes and 0 parties ahead of us, and there was a table that we saw get up and be available. We kept asking if that table was going to be for us and they said yes, and we were standing around waiting, and they kept telling us our table was next. 45 minutes later, still no table despite consistent being 0 parties ahead and 0 minutes remaining. When we go and ask again, we get gaslit into saying those tables were never for us, and there were reservations that were sitting at those tables. We were never told about those reservations, which would have affected our decision to wait. We never received any sort of an apology, and the manager was just rude. Would have appreciated up front honesty about how long we would be waiting instead of disrespect.
This restaurant has a ton of option labeled vegan as well as "vegan option availble" on many dishes. Unfortunately, the modifications to make the dishes vegan are just vegan cheese and omitting all other toppings for the same price Example: they have a short rib and caramelized onion flatbread that's labeled "vegan option available" I asked how to make it vegan and they said they'd take off all the non vegan toppings (6 toppings) so it'd be vegan cheese and onions.... that's not a vegan version of that dish by any means. This immediately turned me off from ordering any non vegan dish. I ordered the sticky rice bowl (labeled vegan) and asked about the yum yum sauce thats included with it and he said o that's not vegan so we'll take it off. So, they have dishes labeled vegan that aren't vegan. On top of this, the waiter didn't know much, he asked the chef my questions and then came back to the table twice and didn't say anything to me until I asked him again. Please, beware of this place and ask lots of questions before ordering if you choose to go.
