I am extremely disappointed with my trip here on April 1st- 2nd. I was coming 8 hours by train and knew I would be there after check-in. I was told to use the app and that it would be fine, the front desk was alerted. I was not told that I needed to choose a time on the app. I was told "no worries, see you when you get in." I was even asked to choose a floor.
When I arrived at 4 I was told my reservation was cancelled and I'd have to make a new one for the next day....read full review

We stayed at this Hilton Garden Inn on 9/8/2023 and 9/9/2023. Checking out on 9/10/23. I booked and paid $396.98 for the room on Priceline. When we checked in on 9/8/23 the clerk asked for my card. I asked if he was charging me for the $50 incidentals charge and he said yes. When I got back home on 9/10/23, I noticed that this hotel charged me $50, $100, and $158.79!
